Easy online reservations. Friendly staff. Easy pick up at terminal 2. Helpful Van Drivers. Never have to worry about my car while I am on vacation. Also know where location will be and will be dropped off at my car because they give you a card with that information on it to give to the driver. Choices of outdoor parking, covered and valet.
They are so good, make sure to make a reservation.

Excellent staff and service, apricate all they do to go above and beyond! One driver was singing Wheels on the Bus Go Round N Round, to make the ride more enjoyable for some younger folks on the shuttle. What a great way for those kids to start their adventure!

Great service! Love how fast the shuttles are and the ease of dropping off/picking up vehicle! The shuttle drivers are always nice and respectful. The lots are quite clean and keep my vehicle secure. I use this service every time I travel and will continue to do so!

Convenient, easy-to-use, most of the employees were very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a little rough of a ride, I thought I was going to be sick by the time we got to the airport. The shuttle on the way back was much more enjoyable and I explained to that driver about what happened on the way to the airport, he apologized profusely, but it wasn't his fault.

The shuttle was quick to pick me up at my car and was at the airport when I arrived. Both times, Carroll was the driver and she was very friendly and even helped me get my luggage into the back of my car. She seems to really enjoy her job and is an asset to the company.

The staff at park n fly are the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people. Clara, who did the check out for me on my departure, was so kind, calling me over it her line so I didn’t have to wait, offering me a bottle of water and just being a present, kind human. All of the drivers I have had, sorry to not know specific names, have been so friendly and helpful. I choose park n fly for many reasons, efficiency, ease, high quality service and definitely, amazing people. Thanks for being so great.

Drivers are courteous and very professional. One of the drivers stayed a few minutes beyond his shift to help me start my car when the battery had died. That type of service will keep me coming back.

Prompt pick up and drop off. Friendly, helpful drivers and staff. I tip my drivers because they always help bringing my luggage into and off the shuttle. Cover parking keeps my car free of snow and reasonably clean.

We love how quick they are at picking us up leaving and returning from a trip. They are also very polite and helpful with helping load our luggage off and on the bus! We always tip our drivers for the great service❗*⃣*⃣*⃣*⃣*⃣

Always amazing. Did have to call the office to have a shuttle pick us up from the P n F garage haha. We entered and waited a bit until I called. Soon as I called, a very pleasant driver was sent to pick us up and take us to the airport.

Everything about the reservation process is easy and smooth. I had no issues scanning the QR code on the way in or on the way out. When I returned to my car after my trip, my car battery was dead. An employee was one aisle over helping another customer with a dead battery and quickly came by to help me out. It didn't work...at first...but then another employee, Luke C., came by a few minutes later and got my car up and running! He saved the day! He's my hero. Thanks Luke!

This was a cheaper option than taking a ride share to/from the airport. The shuttle picked us up immediately after we arrived and took us right to the airport. The drivers were great. The way back was just as smooth. Highly recommend as a parking option. You can also find promo codes - I saved 10% which wasn’t much for our particular trip, but it was a little bit extra I could add to the drivers tip.

Great drivers that always make you feel welcome. They are customer obsessed. We had a driver that was on a break come get us so we could keep warm until the other driver could get us to take us to the terminal.

All of the attendants that assisted us were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle was fast, and when we returned to the airport, was already in the waiting area so we didn't even have to call for them. We were also brought directly to our car, which was so nice after a long few days of traveling.

Park and Fly was easy to use. We felt our vehicle was safe. We planned about 15 extra minutes for the shuttle to the airport. Pick up at the airport was quick and they drove is right to our car.

Easy entry and easy parking. The shuttle service on both ends of our trip were notably fast and the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful. I always have an excellent experience with Park 'N Fly. The drivers are prompt and responsive to customers. They are pleasant, courteous, and helpful both day and night, even at weird hours. I have used them several times and will always rely on them for future trips.

Drivers were helpful, prompt and fun. It is almost as easy as long term parking at the airport and costs a lot less. Never had to wait more than 3 minutes on either end. At the airport you have to walk a little further inside than short term parking but not a lot
