Brian was absolutely amazing to work with and I cannot be more grateful to have found him! He is honest, diligent, responsive, trustworthy and most importantly fair and kind! He resized and soldered my wedding rings for a very reasonable price in a very reasonable amount of time. (For reference, other jewelers had tried to tell me I would need to customize all 3 of my rings to be able to do this - that was NOT true and Brian helped prove that!)

I would highly recommend Brian. And personally, I will use him again without second thought if I ever need to do so!

My marquis wedding ring prongs were worn and was in need of repair. I did significant research online for a reputable place to repair my ring. I made the decision to go with Brian Walters ”The Ringmaker” in Excelsior, and it was the best decision. Brian is not only personable and easy to work with, but it is obvious he is extremely skilled and is a perfectionist. His attention to detail is impeccable. My ring needed a crown replacement and he replaced it with a platinum crown which should last for years! He polished the scratches out of my 18K gold band and he returned it to me looking better than when I first purchased it new. I strongly recommend Brian!

Working with Brian to design an original, right-hand, generational ring was an amazing experience! He is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and fair in his field. Brian paid close attention to the little details that would have been overlooked at any large jeweler. Brian made sure I was completely satisfied before letting me leave with my ring, and It turned out better than I could have imagined! Almost 2 years later, Brian still periodically checks up on me, and my ring, to make sure I am still happy...and I am!

I took an heirloom ring to Brian and had him use the stones to create a new ring for me. We discussed ideas and then he went to work creating it. The quality of his workmanship is superior. He is passionate about his craft and it shows. He is also very caring about who he is working with...and goes that extra mile. I had a budget that I was working with, and he was respectful of that. Working with Brian to create a 30th anniversary wedding ring was a joy! At our first meeting he got to know us before he began the design process. He was excellent at helping us envision what we were looking for in a ring. From that conversation he designed a ring that tells a story of who we are and our 30 year journey of marriage. We highly recommend working with Brian. He was almost as thrilled as we were when we told him we renewed our wedding vows in Paris in April and what a delight it was to have his beautifully designed ring for that ceremony!

I asked Brian to create a ring for me using a diamond pendant I had received several years ago, but didn't wear much at all. He made the most beautiful ring for me! After looking through his work, I just let him do what he thought would work best, and he did an outstanding job! I am already thinking of talking to him about using stones from some of my mother's jewelry that I have to create another masterpiece. Bravo, Brian!

Brian replaced the crown of my engagement ring. This is the third crown in 30 years and the most beautiful one yet. He repaired it quickly so I did not have to be without my ring and the workmanship is excellent.

My husband and I chose Brian to reset my diamond for our 25 year wedding anniversary. The best part of working with him was the idea that every ring is a special creation. He interviewed me to get a sense of my likes, taste, style. He presented me with many options to choose from to create a one of a kind piece of art. I must say it was very difficult to choose just one, but I love it!!

I had a wonderful experience using Brian for my 10 year Anniversary ring. I visited a lot of stores and met with a few independent jewelers. At all of the stores I felt their true passion was how much money they would be making. With Brian I felt he truly cared about how much I was going to love the piece he created. I brought in a design that I liked. I saw the design in person at the jewelry store and was disappointed by the cost and quality. I brought in a picture to Brian and we made several modifications. When I received the final piece I was so excited!!! Brian worked with me to keep the cost to my specified budget. I couldn't be happier!

I came to Brian with a picture of the ring my fiancée-to-be wanted and he was able to find the exact ring and skip the whole creation process.
