Very nice guy. Opened the store back up for me to get a sweatshirt. I almost forgot my sunglasses and the lady kindly brought them to the counter. I’ll be back as they had a plethora of options for sweatshirts, tshirts and hats while other stores in the area have limited options and have recently turned into more boutique style stores.

I really loved their selection of Nisswa area merch. I got some wonderful piece that I’m excited to take home!

Best place in Nisswa to get lake-specific t-shirts and sweatshirts. I visit every spring to see the latest designs and styles. They also have lake-specific glassware and wood products. They're definitely worth a visit.

UPDATE: When I visited in 2020, I was disappointed with the quality and price of their t-shirts. $30 for a see-through t-shirt is way too much. If I experience the same thing again this year, I don't think I'll be back.

Selection is full of your typically touristy shirts and sweatshirts but the employees are not kind. They are not helpful which keeps a person from wanting to buy anything even if they want a cheesy touristy shirt. The vibe in here is so odd too. I wish they would refresh the place a bit. Things feel very outdated.

Fabulous selection of apparel, but prepare yourself…. The owner is BEYOND rude. I’d recommend not bringing in your children or your smiles- neither are welcome.

I was kind of appalled the last time I was shopping in this store. A couple came in with two small dogs that proceeded to start barking at people and one actually attempted to pee on one of the display stands by the front desk. Is this the kind of thing allowed in your store? I won't be going back if I have to worry about dog hair on the clothing I might buy or dog piss.

My husband and I were excited to visit this store again as we had found awesome sweatshirts last year. However this year our experience was beyond terrible. I was chastised for having a coffee in the store and then I politely asked if I could throw my cup away in the trash can behind the register. The gentleman rudely told me no and I heard him huffing and complaining as I walked outside to dispose of my cup. I came back in and found the female behind the register yelling at my son and nephew. To be clear I have no issue with stores having policies or rules but there is such a thing as customer service. You can politely remind your guests of the rules.

Store is very overpriced, treated very rudely by a older brown haired lady that got upset at my family and I for using a debit card to pay. How is a debit card something to get mad at customers for using? 99% of people have a debit card so I didn’t really understand the big deal.

Very rude, told I wasn’t allowed to use card because she wanted cash. My sister had a bag thrown at her because she used her card. Older lady very very rude.

Nice clothes. Service needs a lesson in politeness. Specifically, the older lady.
