thing is I don't like the coffee cup Slvele. (I mean the thing to hood up the cup. )for the coffee cup the reason because I was holding for a about a minute and then my finger started Bruning hot..otherwise it was very nice customer 👍service and of course they're having a good food. Too.

DB is by far one of the best places to get your coffee in MN!! They roast their beans in-house and you can smell and taste the difference! My fav is hot or iced nirvana with pistachio and white mocha flavor.

Staff is super friendly and the pistachio iced nirvana is amazing! They have made-to-order breakfast sandwiches available, and plenty of outlets if you’re looking for somewhere to work for a few hours!

Lavender tea with almond milk and pistachio muffins are good! Good place for a date with friends or even families!

I thought I had reviewed this already. It's the best Dunn Brothers I've been to. Excellent in every way, especially in the quality of drinks and service.

They do a good job with their beans here. I wouldn't call them world class, and I wouldn't write to the coffee gods proclaiming my nomination for them to enter the hall of fame of coffee pantheonship.

BUT.
The service is excellent, the coffee was made with care and they have some comfy chairs by a fireplace you can squish into.

I go there with some frequency, and have never been disappointed, but moreso... have always been genuinely pleased by the breve, or americano I am served up.

It was the first time I had been to this location and I was very impressed ! I meet up with a first date find of grab coffee and go for a walk thing and she was an absolutely amazing woman with a wonderful story to tell .. She really made me smile and was a great start to the weekend ! We talked about fitness a bit as I run half marathons but she was a level or two ahead of me in that department so I was very impressed 💪Oh and the coffee was pretty good too 🥰

Great place to meet on Saturday mornings. Usually not too busy and always at least a couple seating options open. I feel it's usually quieter than the typical Caribou or Starbucks, which is nice when you're trying to have a conversation. Staff are always super friendly and I appreciate that there's usually someone there asking if they can get my drink started if there's a line for payment/ordering.

My favorite coffee shop, since I moved here a year ago. Great staff, who all seem happy in their jobs and who always treat you with care and respect

Our favorite coffee shop south of the river. Always the friendliest staff and quick to help. Make the best Americana with SF Almond & Chocolate. Our go to spot whenever we want to treat ourselves with a delicious cup of coffee and a scone.

Great coffee, service and atmosphere! Haven't been to a Dunn Bros in so long. Glad it hasn't changed! Will need to visit more frequently.

The best coffee around the burbs for sure! Sorry, but the Bou and Strbx cannot compare. I was convinced the only good coffee was in the cities.
DB has the best variety too. I was skeptical that these franchises would not hold up to the partent store on Grand in St. Paul, but I was wrong.
Only complaint, I wish they were open later and that there was one in Burnsville; but it's worth the drive. Also, if you order it through Door Dash or other apps and you live 12 min away like me, just order it extra hot. They do a great job.

Nice store and helpful, friendly team members. A bit of a smaller store, but still very nice. Always tasty drinks made exactly how I want them! We really like Dunn Bros! Tip: Download their app and sign up for their emails! They do BOGO emails every once in a while, or trivia with a dollar reward! If you like sweet coffee drinks, try a Nirvana (any flavor)... They are super good!

Great staff. So friendly! Love the iced coffee here, SO GOOD! Has a bohemian coffee house vibe. High quality coffee drinks. Something for everyone. OMG you have got to try the pistachio muffin... it's insanely good.

The staff are super nice every time I come in. I am pretty picky but they are very patient. They even bring the coffee to the table for you.The Tea Latte here is very good.
And this is such a safe place! I like to be on my computer here. Lots of elderly and the atmosphere is very quiet for you to study. Starbucks sometimes lots of loud customers and Carribou is just always noisy.
Best place to sit down and relax!

The staff, service, and coffee at this Dunn Bros location are phenomenal. I have interacted with almost all of the employees and the manager, and they are all friendly, helpful, and skilled. They go above and beyond with regard to service. When I visit other coffee shop chains (in the rare event), I am usually a little disappointed because I am spoiled by the amazing staff and coffee at Dunn Bros in Apple Valley.

After living on a street referred to as Coffee Row in Austin, TX and spending a lot of time in those wonderful establishments, I was concerned I would never find a coffee shop in MN with the same level of service and comfort, but Dunn Bros is so exceptional that I think it surpasses those coffee houses.

The staff is so helpful. They were out of a muffin I wanted and the young lady immediately suggested to other options, which were delicious. We had a hard time deciding on a coffee drink and there was a line. She was very pleasant and never made us feel rushed. Another sales person jumped in to help the other people. Coffee was outstanding and the manager even told us about a special Friday morning if free coffee before 10am! My new hanging place!

I love this place. We've been coming here for over 5 years and it has always been our favorite spot for coffee. The coffee is by far way superior to Starbucks or Caribou, the food is delicious, and the staff is very kind. The only minor complaint would be that the lounge like area has always been a little dirty. However, the rest of it far outweighs this.

My guilty pleasure is an iced nirvana! Vanilla is the standby, but banana is out of this world when they have it.

Not a Dunn Bros. regular so I didn't know their menu and had to ask for advise. Staff listened to what I wanted (cold, creamy but not a thousand calories) and made two quick recommendations. Payment was easy, service was rapid and the recommended drink (iced Nirvana) was delicious! A bit surprised to see staff was not wearing masks. Everything looked clean and sparkling. Social distancing was followed between staff and customers; not really enough space for staff to distance between themselves. Well, you do what you can with what you have, right?
