Bye far the best option for anything to do with pit bike parts in my opinion; Brad is knowledgeable, personable and very patient with my many calls and questions. I've rebuilt 3 bikes so far just with the help of brad. Its always been a pleasure to deal with east central sports. And I'm all the way in upstate NY.

I purchased a rear wheel for my son's dirtbike and when it arrived it was not true and had a wobble to it. I called the number to the warehouse and spoke to Brad. I told him my problem and he asked for a video of the wobble. So, I emailed him a short video. He sent me another wheel right away. The wheel is true and my son is happy. East Central Sports has great customer service 👌🏼. I will definitely be a return customer.

Brad was great to work with, was willing to ship a castle nut for tie rod to me as we live an hour and a half away. Appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond. We've bought 3 Coolsters for grandsons over the years and will be back for more as we we've had a great experience with Megan and others at East Central Sports. You run a first class operation. I spent 14 weeks and 30+ contacts to try and purchase a motor for my golf cart which was produced in China. Could not find ANYONE to get this part for me until October (started looking in March). Brad at ECSW found it and got it to me in 10 days FROM CHINA!!! Wow, they are fast and VERY professional

Megan Mac Brad and everybody at this shop is amazing!! My 10-year-old boy even goes in there and loves chatting it up with them. Not only have they service my equipment I have now purchased multiple machines from them. I would never go anywhere else. We are Customers for life now!!! Amazing Company

Awesome people and service. Purchased a 4 wheeler for my son and a gts 150 kart for my girls. They absolutely love them. We had some minor issues at the start but the team at east central sports is top notch and took care of us and quickly at that under warranty, and im not even sure it was the machine or the dust this year and my kids riding so hard 🤣. either way East central sports is the place to go!

Bought a golf cart and they delivered it.

Great selection and service.

They did what I needed, I have a Toro ( Guaranteed to start and it wouldn't) so they fixed that . But that was all, he was abrupt, rude and didn't know what else was wrong with it. It makes a lot of noise upon starting and I think its internal as I don't find anything external.
