Quirks

This is one of the coolest shops in Nisswa. If your looking for nature-centric, Minnesota art, pay Quirks a visit. Everything they sell is on consignment from the artist, and it is fairly priced. For some of the pieces I purchased, I paid less at Quirks than I would have paid, had I purchased directly from the artist. Quirks has everything from metal art to stained glass, framed photographs, and all that is between. Even if you're not in the market for some art, they're worth a stop just to see all the great pieces.

I had the most awesome experience with Quirks. The short of it is the shop owner went out his way to be certain I got what I needed even during the post season. Now my favorite shop in Nisswa. Five stars is not enough to describe their customer service.

Poor treatment of repeat customer. Was told I could see if an item would fit at my home, and when it did not I was not able to return it for a refund or store credit. I was told this would be fine at the time of purchase. I feel taken advantage of for a sale. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

They’ll say one thing and then not honor it. We were told that we could exchange for a refund or store credit. None of which were true.

It’s this kind of customer service that’s killing the brick and mortar stores and will force me to continue shop for the same product online.
