The cheese selection is great and they have tasty bison burgers as well as a good beer and wine selection. To be honest, I spent most of my time prior to ordering deciding whether I should upgrade to the cheese curds with my meal. After finishing both, I can confirm it is definitely worth it. Although I’m not entirely sure my arteries would say the same thing.

Pictures is chicken herb Gouda with chips, and Grilled cheese with Smoked Gouda, cheddar and ham sandwich with Bison chili.

Added bonus the bathroom facilities we're super clean and well maintained.

Love this spot. Every time I am in the area I always stop!! Love their variety of cheeses, dips and jerky.

Gentleman who checked us out was wicked nice, their bison burgers are wicked delicious and the cheese is amazing. Their products are sold at our local co-op Lakewinds and their bison burgers are becoming a regular thing in our house. Highly recommend!

A friend and I shared the fondue. It was a little on the runnier side, but delicious nonetheless. We also sampled every type of cheese and spread in their store area, which were all so incredibly delicious and tempting to take home. We sampled some wines and took home a bottle along with a few blocks of cheese. I highly recommend making a stop here if you love cheese like we do.

This was my second visit and it was just as good if not better than the last. The service was great. They were very accommodating to those in my group with strict dietary needs. They went above and beyond to meet those needs. Not to mention the food was great. Definitely recommend stopping here to eat! I for sure will be!

First time dining here. Had the Blue Mox Buffalo burger & shoestring fries. Great tasting meal. Tried the raspberry beer. It was very good. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Love this little shop located in the middle of nowhere! Great pit stop after a long day of canoeing or site seeing in Taylors Falls. I try to make it here at least a couple of times a year. Great selection of cheeses and bison sausages.

Great cheeses and bison (buffalo) meats. Made a quick stop in on our way home from our day adventure. Nice little gift shop and restaurant. Picked up a couple items and enjoyed several samples they had out. My favorite is the horseradish gouda spread.

I ordered the bison burger and fries both were delicious, I'd never tried bison before it really was tasty, a girlfriend ordered the grilled cheese and it was super cheesy and she loved it, another girlfriend ordered a salad and was surprised at how good it was, fresh and hit the spot. Also got cheese curds and tried some of their cheeses so good made on site.

Wow! What a great place for Wine and drinks on the patio or up to the bar!!! I love the selection of cheese to compliment drinks for a night out or afternoon, and the nachos!!! The different cheese's!!! Yum:). I also just learned of all the local wine they Have and will be getting in!!! And if you love bloody Mary's. .wow!

This place has it all! Cheeses, meats, chocolates, craft beers, wine, and gifts. The store is cute and well laid out. I wish the restaurant had been open as I bet the food is amazing. We went in off season though, so that part wasn't open.

A M A Z I N G!!! Must go if you are passing through or nearby. The bison burger was to die for. The bowl of chili with bison was delicious. Their cheese curds were yummy yummy with the tangy bbq sauce they have. 😍😍😍 can't wait for my next trip down here already.

Emma was our server and accommodated us well. She provided top notch service. We had a group of 7 and sat very comfortably outside. I ordered a double Flame bison burger and it was amazing! Would recommend this restaurant for anyone doing business in the area or on the way to Taylors Falls from the Twin Cities.

Awesome lil spot ! They have some excellent cheese dips syrup jams and jellies ! also fabulous wine :) the bf brought me here on the bike because he knows my obsession with cheese lol he did well! It was a excellent spot ! Highly recommend swinging in here. There cheese is all made on spot.!

I had the most wonderful experience here, my taste buds are singing heavenly notes after my bison burger and sweet potato fries. My waitress Maraliz was fantastic, she was polite timely and always ready to fill my drink. If I could I would give it 10 stars, keep up the great work Maraliz and company.

Family owned little gem outside of town. We had dinner there. Kids had pancakes. Husband and I had sandwiches. Fun beer and wine selection and cheese sampling. We’ll definitely be back!

This little gem is located near Shafer, Minnesota. Besides having a welcoming atmosphere, wine is offered by the glass and the bottle. And you can't pass up their selection of delicious homemade cheese. Many unique gifts for the cook, too. It's worth the stop.

Eichten's is our favorite date spot--we enjoy a nice lunch there during the school year often! I have been going to Eichten's for many years and have not had a bad meal or bad experience. For occasional fun I love to get the fondue for 2. I splurge on veggies to make it "healthy." I love going on a nice summer or fall day to enjoy the outdoor seating. I do sometimes wish they were open more often for supper-but being a small area I get that it is easier/better for their business model to close earlier. I recommend the Blue Mox, the Grill Cheese, the sweet potato fries, and their fish dinner! Unless you have a huge appetite only get the 1 piece fish meal! My daughter requests their chili for me to bring home if she knows I am headed there--along with beef sticks! This is the spot we buy teacher gift cards from too!!!!

It's an awesome place to stop by for a bison burger, beer or cider. Great selection of cheese, courteous and friendly service. We'll be back for more deliciousness when in the area !
