Great staff, tons of varieties of ice cream, and all of them that we tried were amazing. Both familiar and unique flavors, all very well executed. I especially liked the lemon poppy seed and baklava flavors. My group also loved the complicated strawberry, pink squirrel, birch beer, Oreo mint -- basically can't go wrong.

Edit: a few photos from a second time! It was as amazing as the first time. Also, two scoops is a *lot* of ice cream.. I can't even imagine how much three scoops would be!

Update, April 2022: still great! They rotate ice cream in so flavors do vary. Three scoops is too much.. but delicious.

Victual is a boutique shop, ice cream parlor, wine shop and cheese seller, and it's reason enough to go to Crosby if you don't live near there already. You won't find more delicious crafted ice cream and imported cheeses anywhere, and that's coming from a Minnesotan with an unhealthy ambition for eating good cheeses. The people here are so kind, and always have the time to chat whether it be about the merchandise or politics. And they're very lgbtqia-friendly! It's a great place and always makes us happy when we get the opportunity to go here.

Absolutely loved this place! The ice cream is all lactose-free and tastes amazing! I tried a couple of different flavors, but fell in love with the lavender sunflower seed flavor. The store is so adorable fun to look through with handmade, quality items, jarred specialty pickles, and so many other fun things! There is a cute little area to sit outside to eat your ice cream.

Sue was an amazing help. She knew all about the liquor we were looking at. She was super easy to talk with and was helpful with helping us with our purchases. This store is lovely. They have so many unique items. Go there and ask for Sue!!

Such an absolutely cool store! My mother loves coming here because the ice cream is free of lactose! She can have really good chocolate ice cream again, which makes her so happy!!!
Also their honey lavender sunflower seed is fantastic, you must try it.
They also sell all sorts of other super cool things, like viking knives, tea towels, chocolates, and the best candles you've ever smelled. Check out their moss candle, it's astonishingly good.

Love visiting for those small batch and rare find bourbons. The chocolate bars and housemade ice cream are the best around.

Amazing. I’ve gotten ice cream, incredible. Gotten clothes, so soft and comfy. And they have incredible taste. Everything they sell is cute and/or stylish.

This place is wonderful! Absolutely amazing! Paul was super helpful and walked us through the store! I would say come in and shop for house wares, drinks, cheeses, ice cream, and clothes I am come on so awesome!!!

I had the Mint Oreo ice cream last night. I got the 2 scoop cup planning to save some to have today. That didn't go too well because it was so good that I ate it all in one sitting. My fiance couldn't believe it and called me a pig. I don't regret my choice!

Best ice cream you will ever eat. It is dairy free, making it safe for everyone! Highly recommend!! Victual is very family friendly, and they have amazing owners and staff!

We love Victual! Amazing ice cream, my hubby says it's the creamiest best ice cream he's ever had. Neat food selection, sassy cards, stickers and magnets. Gorgeous products for sale as well! We visit every time we are in Cuyuna to ride!

Such a cute amazing shop and out of this world ice cream! Definitely $$$ but for high quality ice cream made in house totally worth it and will definitely be back!

SO good! We went back for more the second day we were in the area. I normally have problems with my stomach when eating ice cream but not this stuff! Yay!

This is such a fun place to shop. Ice cream, decadent cheeses, an incredible selection of high-end liquor in a tiny footprint. Plus they have a rewards program!
