HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they’re on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted. Received an email immediately from Artie the Customer Care Manager that someone would be in touch with me soon. Received a call from Brendan first thing Monday morning and he started the process for us purchasing our 2024 GMC Yukon. We chose text as communication. He was very thorough and thoughtful with asking questions, providing answers, taking pictures of our Yukon through the processes. Talked to Marcus in Finance and he took great care of getting all the details worked out for our financing. Received an email from Diana the Sales Manager to make sure we are getting everything answered. We made the trip from Delaware to Ohio to see family. Today IS the day we made the trip from Ohio to Michigan to meet all of these wonderful people we have emailed, texted, and called all week. The dealership is BEAUTIFUL! Every single person is so friendly! Lots of smiling faces! I honestly was so nervous at the beginning with dealing with a purchase way out of state, but Brendan made this the easiest purchase we have ever made! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone including the GM Colin! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and the process! We highly recommend Brendan and Fox Buick GMC! I LOVE my Yukon! I was recently shopping around for a vehicle for my wife and our growing family with two under 2. Unfortunately I was not finding exactly what we were looking for in the Grand Rapids area so I expanded my search to statewide and found a 2021 Buick Enclave in excellent condition and a great price at Fox Buick GMC. I worked with Mario Pisco who was able to quickly set us up with a test drive during a quick trip to the east side.

My wife quickly fell in love with the SUV and we worked with Mario to have the vehicle shipped to our home in Rockford to avoid the long trek again with our little ones. Mario was a great communicator through the buying and shipping process and we are so thankful that Pat braved the recent snowstorm to deliver the Enclave safely to our home! We will certainly be recommending Mario and his team to friends and family in the future!

I had a little fender bender on Monday that had me unexpectedly shopping for a new ride by Wednesday. I did some searching online and found a great price on exactly the vehicle I was looking for, a CPO Buick Encore GX and reached out through the third party site I was searching through, Car Gurus. Hancess reached out quickly and was communicative without unnecessary pressure throughout the process. I came preapproved with a loan ready to go from a credit union that I had gotten a great rate from on a previous vehicle. When I got there and shared the rate on this loan, Bryan in the finance office was like "I can beat that rate" and did!

Everyone was great to talk to and hang with while I was at the dealership. The process was smooth and efficient. I will definitely check the inventory at Fox Buick GMC first before going out to third party sites on future vehicle purchases for two main reasons: their cars are priced to move and they prioritize customer service and it shows.

I would like to Thank God for leading me to that particular dealership. I went to one other dealership before going to Fox 🦊 Buick Dealership. Their were other Buick Dealership near me but I went to Fox Buick Dealership in Farmington on Grand River and met a very nice well spoken salesman named Pablo Rodriguez he approached me with a very genuine gentle handshake and an welcoming smile. I told him I liked his awareness when I came into the building some people over look you because you don't dress a certain way. We both spotted each other and I immediately Thanked him for that. He'd asked me what car purchase was I interested in? I pointed out the Encore Gx. He asked would l like to test drive of course l would. He gave me the keys to test drive to see if the Encore Preferred Gx is what l really wanted. He gave me the rundown information and purchase order of the SUV. All went well now I'm the proud owner of my vehicle. Again thank God for Pablo Rodriguez for being a patient salesman with the stylish appearance and kind demeanor who helped me that day. Plus, he bought me lunch as my paperwork was being worked on. Than, I really felt special because of the filler up of gas for my vehicle and he told me not to be nervous because, l wasn't to familiar with driving an push button vehicle. He gave me simple instructions to remember now I'm driving like a champ. Also, I would like to say thank you to his mangers who also greeted me when I made purchase

Very easy transaction. Pablo was excellent and he followed through on everything I had asked. The truck I purchased was a used 2021 GMC Evolution and was exactly as described. All my expectations were met. The entire onsite process took less than an hour and Pablo was very professional, Highly recommended, I will defiantly do business here again.

The days of waiting in the dealership got 4-6 hours to get a vehicle is OVER!!!!!! Let’s get into this Great experience with Hancess. I’ve been buying and leasing cars for almost 20 years now and I must say visiting a dealership is my least favorite thing to do. After months of being indecisive, I finally found the sales person I enjoyed working with and the vehicle I actually wanted to finance!! My husband test drove the vehicle 🚗 I reallyyyy wanted. Once he returned to the dealership we decided we’ll shop around. and just like that 😕 the vehicle was sold to someone else within an hour. Hancess kept in touch with me that day and gave me other great options!! But my heart was set on one color now We went to two other dealerships to look for the color and style I reallyyyy wanted and another dealership told me it was only 3 left in Michigan but it was all the way in Flint 😒. I gave up, went to another dealership since these things are selling like hot cakes!! While we were test driving a vehicle Hancess called me super excited to tell me she just got another one that was the exact car I wanted!! Mind you, she did alllll of this in less than 60 minutes. 😯😯😯. I flewww back to Fox in Farmington to get my new car!!! But got caught in terrible traffic, seen accident on the freeway, but I kept in touch with her every step of the way. We made it just in time before the dealership closed and took care of business!!!!!!!! Hancess the gets 100000000000000/10 for professionalism, prompt, extremely detailed - I mean she’s knows this stuff like the back of her hand!! SHEESH!!!!!!! She was on fire and made this a very smooth experience for us!!!! She did not miss a beat!!! This is my first time owning a GM vehicle and I’m excited to be apart of the family!!!!! This is the second truck I’ve purchased from this location. I feel bad admitting that I shopped another local dealership. At the other dealership, I was met with ridiculous sales tactics, sales reps with uncomfortable motives etc. However, they would have been closer to my office, which created comfort knowing they were local.

After my expectations were let down, I did what I should have done to begin with. I reached out to Mike Davis with Fox. I purchased my previous truck from him, and could not have been happier.

He connected me with his new vehicle rep, Hancess. Between the two of them, and Heather in financing, I was in and out in under an hour.

Mike set the deal up as I drove in. Hancess had the paperwork ready upon my arrival. And Heather made sure that I got everything perfect to finance, and protect my vehicle. They also ALL stayed beyond their required work shift to get me taken care of!

Never once did I feel pressured. Never once was I uncomfortable. Instead, I was greeted with smiles and an amazing truck buying experience. The only way I can explain it, is to say “easy”. Not to mention, they worked with me to save $7,000 compared to my first visit with the different dealership.

As someone who manages a company that understands the importance of customer service, I applaud this team for going above and beyond the expectations. This will forever by the dealership I buy from. And I’m hopeful that it will be with the exact same team of representatives!

The Service and Body department was always GREAT. The Body Department has saved me lots of money over the years, by being HONEST.
This was my first time with Fox in the Service Department. I made an appointment with Shannon who was just wonderful and as sweet as could be. In fact I stopped into meet her when I took my car in. Lance checked me into service. I explained my problem with my Key Fob but I wanted to make sure it was also not a problem with my car starter because I was going out of town. He checked out the car, while I was meeting Shannon and getting some tea. When I got back he was done and it was only the Fob that was the problem. He changed both batteries and I was able to take my car and not be driven home. I paid the bill and was delighted. I really appreciate Lance's help and quick action and he didn't find any other problems. I feel more comfortable about using Fox as of now. There are Buick Dealers closer to me but I was always so pleased with Sellers. I hope to continue with Fox as long as it remains the same.

Great dealership 5 ⭐! Pablo was my salesman he’s a great guy went over and beyond what I could of asked for. Mike, Pablo, Judy and the rest of the staff made me feel at home with the comfort of knowing they were getting me the vehicle that was right for me at the price range that I wanted to spend. First things first, Andrew Vagnetti is the best! I first met Andrew years ago when I had a Regal and he was in the service department of what was then Sellers and he was always so sweet. Years later and an Encore GX in between that I knew I wanted a fully loaded Envista ST and the first person I called was Andrew and thank goodness he is now in sales! He kept me updated on the status of my car from the very beginning and made the process of picking it up so seamless. Plus, this was my first time going to a dealership alone and there was no pressure, he heard my concerns and worked with me on everything. I could not recommend getting your next car through anyone else but Andrew. Get that man a raise, you just don't run into the type of kindness and professionalism that he exerts anymore these days. We had another great service experience with Fox Buick/Gmc today. The people in the service department do their best to help with service issues in a very timely manner. I had a concern about our 2019 Blazer and they did a great job in helping me trying to correct my concerns. My service advisor Chris Moody and the service technician Jacob were very helpful in helping us understand what might fix our issues at a very fair price. We are out of warranty so the repair cost is our problem and they gave us a very fair estimate. Thank You to everyone at Fox Buick/Gmc
