I can’t say enough positive things about my recent experience with JT. He is reliable, always arrived at the time he said and followed up in a timely manner. He takes pride in his work and is a genuinely nice person. If you see all the 5 star reviews and wonder like I did if it’s true I can tell you yes it’s true he’s that good. We had a complicated electrical need to retrofit a natural fireplace with an electrical outlet and it was not easy. JT could have easily walked away like others but he didn’t. He took on the challenge and did an amazing job wiring our fireplace. In addition we had him replace all of the outlets in the room and I am so happy we did what a piece of mind to know everything is replaced and safe. I’m already planning to have him come back and swap out the remaining outlets in my house. JT I’ll send you the picture of the fireplace once installed like I promised. Thanks again for everything you know you saved our project!

JT was amazing to work with on our home. He helped install GFCI outlets, upgraded our electrical panel, and install an EV charger. He was upfront with the project and completed it in the timeframe he outlined. We will call ITW for any future projects or emergencies.

I can not recommend ITW enough. I'm going to need a few more stars on this rating system. JT was punctual, knowledgeable, fixed the problem and gave advice where I asked for it. And, also very important, he was kind. The lady on the phone when I called to make the appointment was also top notch. UPDATE: We decided to make major upgrades to the house and called ITW again for a much bigger job. JT upgraded our box, installed a second one, added heaters to the basement and did all the electric work for that as well as adding an outdoor outlet. JT kept us in the loop every step of the way and he and his team were very professional and friendly. They take pride in their work and it really shows! Thanks again!

JT did an incredible job helping us install a new outlet for our dryer and installing our smart thermostat. He was quick to schedule, always on time and very affordable for great quality work. I would recommend ITW to anyone needing any electrical work done!

Highly recommend ITW. JT does excellent work. Installed a new panel and car charger in my garage. Did it efficiently and quickly. He took care of everything for us. He also didn’t mind my dog being a pain in the but to him.

JT completed a whole overhaul on my electricity. He upgraded my breaker box so he could wire my home properly and install new recessed lighting which absolutely changed the atmosphere of my living room. He helped me upgrade two bathrooms by installing LED vanity lighting and all of my ceiling fixtures. He was precise by locating and correcting an issue with the inner wall wiring and I am very thankful for that. He also changed out and upgraded my outlets. He cleaned up after each project too. JT has a very professional, fun and warm personality. If you ever need an electrician I highly recommend JT Howard.

JT was great! He texted to let me know that he was en route to my home. Arrived as said. Very nice gentleman. Needed a new dimmer switch and 3 new plugs where there wasn't any power in them. Fixed everything I needed. Everything is working great!

They were pros from the begining to the end. My eletrician JT went over and beyond to insure my light fixture was installed correctly. He had to fix faulty work from a previous installer and made sure everything was installed safely. Thanks ITW... I definitely recommend their services!

I highly recommend ITW for any and all electrical needs. Jt was very professional and knowledgeable, honest and fair, very freindly and I believe really enjoys his craft. He was everything anyone could want in a person doing work for them. Jt helped us upgrade our electrical panel to 200A service. Our system was not properly grounded and he took care of that too. He really cleaned up the mess of wires and random boxes that littered our basement as well. He also took care of the outside of the house by removing all the overhead wiring and boxes to the house by bringing everything in underground. Made a big difference in the appearance. My wife and I couldnt be happier. A great job. I will definetely be calling JT again.

J.t. Was my technician. He came out to my house on an emergency call at night because a pipe burst and soaked my circuit panel. He went through all my pricing options and was very truthful on what repairs may or may not work. I lost power and heat and when he came back the next morning (very punctual) he made sure not to leave untill my daughter and I had heat and power. He also called me the next day to make sure we were good. Very professional, reliable, affordable and just a nice guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Electrician JT Howard is knowledgeable and detailed. He always arrive on time and keeps you informed on the process of the work he is completing. My husband and I have been working with ITW since we bought our home in March of this year and it has been a fantastic experience! ITW has gone above and beyond our wildest expectations and totally transformed the electric in our 110-year-old home!

We called ITW due to the electric constantly short circuiting in the entire home, which was due to corrosion of the electrical panel. Also, the existing knob and tube wiring was failing. It was a complete mess, but JT expertly designed a scalable electrical masterpiece. We now have new electrical panels installed and the fun part can begin: rewiring!

In light of the electric overhaul that we were undertaking, we decided to have the electric lines buried underground. ITW expertly spearheaded all communication with DTE, inspections and documentation for underground burial. We did not have to worry about a thing!

I would be remiss if I did not take the time to recognize and send a very special thank you to JT. He has been absolutely phenomenal during this whole experience. JT has even come out on a holiday to ensure the job was done! Now if that is not dedication, I do not know what is! He has been an absolute godsend and due to his efforts the electrical process has been seamless. We are thoroughly looking forward to continuing our relationship with ITW.
