I've lived here for 10 years and never had any problems. Very quiet and kept up. The bigger animals are service animals and have to be registered. I would recommend moving your home here or purchasing one here.I've been to other parks and this one is the best by far.

Its has one side the seems a bit run down, but the other side looks really nice. The last in the office is exceptionally nice. She seems was very helpful & kind. There isn't many trees. & the homes seem closer that other parks I've seen. Reasonable lot fees as well.

Park rules are not the same on both sides. All dogs are not. Within the weight requirements of the park. Can't fence in your lot but it is done. You can have a garage or a shed, some have both even in the new side. It just goes on and on. Rules made but not followed. No live on site park manager. Some parts of park is like the slums in the cities.

Manager fails to correct problem with trailer court residence accessing my private property from E Rd. On foot or in vehicles!
No Access Allowed!
Private property!!!!
Repeatedly been a nuisance for many years!

Very unreliable " promises to replace fence" on Wednesday, still not done.
Again people accessed my property from trailer court E Rd!
Furious!
