The Home Depot

We went to get ideas for prices on the items we need to start our home remodeling and we were pleased to see they had everything we needed. We were looking for insulation, gutters, closet system, paint, windows plus more. Everything was there. We will be able to remodel our bedroom for around $2,000 dollars.

The store is clean, and employees are helpful. Gone many times for hardware and other supplies. I love looking at their plant section. They all seem very healthy and well taken care of. My husband is very handy and loves this store. When we moved into our new home, he began fixing things like the dryer outlet, and this is where we went. The lady helped us find the aisle in less than 5 minutes and brought us directly to the part of the aisle with the parts we needed. He has begun making/forging his own knives and swords, and this place has everything! We've fixed so many things with tools from this store, and we continue to go back at least twice a month as we continue to fix/makeover the house! Thank you for being in business and for having a great staff! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Michael, a customer service person at the Home Depot in Baxter, helped me this afternoon. Yes, there's more. lol
I'm already tired of the holidays this year. While out running errands, I had to stop and pick up some pipe joint compound. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael, as he was the person who took care of my purchase. Nothing was out of this world crazy or particularly super fantabulous. He's simply a super nice person who took the time to treat me nicely and with respect.

This particular home Depot in Baxter has really good help. Friendly people work there. And no mask mandate! Wear one if you want to but they don't require it. They have a large selection of doors and totes and just about anything you can want. Convenient location with good parking. Self checkout is very nice.

The pro staff are great at this location. Extremly helpful and care through the project to completion.
Sheds through them are great too, very complete kits with minimal extra purchases for the project.

Bought paint for the bathroom and master bedroom. Looked around and found the bathrooms. Ladies was clean but way at the back of the store. The place was busy but there was plenty of parking. I noticed they had trees and bushes in already.

I picked up an order last week for a bathroom vanity (remodeling). The staff was very helpful. They located it and looked at the size, then helped my son load it. Thank you! There is a lot of parking out front with Handicap accessibility with electric carts just inside the front door, which is also handicap accessible. Bathrooms are in the back.

One of the best places in town to get flowers for their variety. I have an area at my house for flowers thats mostly shaded. I could not find flowers that thrive in mostly shade areas anywhere else but home depot had a pretty big section. The staff in the garden section is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of having Annabelle help us. She was very helpful, friendly and talkative. I will be back for my other gardening needs.

Today, I was having a difficult time placing order
On-line. I am a frequent curbside Pro member and rarely have issues. I called in and was immediately transfered to Samatha at the Pro desk. She was extremly pleasant, professional and took my order over the phone. I hope Home Depot realizes
the value of this employee
and is able to use her attitude and performace as a guide to all your employees. She's a gift!!

I always seem to find everything I need and more. I have used them twice to install carpet, which was cheaper than 651-Carpet. I'm talking over 2k cheaper, and I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when 651 came out to give me a quote. The guy was nice, but it felt off. Both carpet installs from Home Depot's crew two were spot on. I'll let you know how the third install goes.

I love that they have items in there store you can just grab and go. You don't have to go out to the yard and try and look for everything when it comes to Lumber. I also love that they have self checkouts.

The Home Depot is probably one of my favorite stores... I've got a deep appreciation for all things tool related. 🤣

I've never had a bad experience in their stores. Prices are as expected. Service is great (always friendly). The assortment is typically good. Returns (when needed) are easy.

Today Gary at the Baxter store went above and beyond for us, went in looking for string light deck poles, he looked everywhere and the truck had just come in and some were on it, he found them somehow in all the things. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THANKS GARY!

Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable at the Baxter Home Depot. Every time we bring our dogs the staff loves petting them & giving treats. We always find what we need.

On 5/28/22 my cousin and I were shopping for flowers and other items. A women in the garden dept. helped us get flowers down from the top of the rack. She had a cast on her right leg. She went above and beyond to help us out. I’ve been trying to find the correct way to recognize this great employee. I’m not sure this is correct place, sad thing I forgot her name. Leslie checked us out. She was very clever in bagging the flowers and items. Super nice. And Cindi at customer service was super nice in giving me information when I had questions approximately a week later. I love this store, so clean and inviting.

Dale in lawn and garden department was very informative about zero turn lawn mowers. Super employee.

Dale outside in the lawn and garden section, is a super stud. He is so helpful and happy everytime I have ever been there. He also speaks Spanish. Out of a 1-10 rating on overall customer service, I rate Dale as a 15. If you have not dealt with him. You will see exactly what I am talking about once you do. Dale thanks for all that you do, to make Home Depot my favorite place to shop. This was not the case before you started working there. I used to have a hard time finding help. Now, I just bug Dale.

My father in law and I went in looking for a stand up freezer and we found one right away and at a great price, including delivery.
The gal who helped us (Cassidy?) was very nice and helpful and made the process very easy for us.

Nice clean store, could use more help.

I found the powerball of 3M electrical tape on an End Cap. It was a 3 pack of Scotch 33 Black, Red, and white tape. Normally all that I'm able to find is black; if I want another color the only offering is is in a brand x generic non preforming brand. I was very pleased to find this, I bought 2!

I want to say thank you to your 2 employees who came to my aid when I stumbled and fell in the parking lot. They are to be commended.
