Best service you can get in town, started coming here years ago with recommendation from a great friend (has used them for nearly a decade) and I’ve never had a single complaint. Fantastic service, helpful and personable staff, great place to get some work done while your vehicle is serviced, and always fairly priced.

Fast forward to this morning. I somehow managed to have my wedding band fly off my finger, one week into marriage, and it bounces off my dash and decided to slide behind the dash between the windshield and panel. I quickly realize it’s not a small space but it actually goes all the way down behind the dash and i can’t seem to fish it out. I called my go to service rep, Brian, and he immediately tells me to come right in and they’ll figure it out. With the help from David, their lead tech, rather than a $2k and 2 day process to disassemble to entire dash, they’re able to take a couple panels off and use an air compressor to get my band out. No fees associated, just a couple laughs and a reminder to get my ring sized from David. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving me. Appreciate all that you do!

I met Andy Campbell at another dealer and I followed him here because of the exceptional service he provided when I ordered car a couple months ago.

He answered all of my questions super fast, took care of everything that was needed. And it’s been a fun an great person to work with. The team at Farmington Hills has also given me great support. I highly recommend this dealership, it’s one of the biggest in Michigan so they get more allocations than others.

Delightful experience! Jeff was our outstanding salesperson and he got us in a car right away and he drove first so we could see how it operated. He was quick and thorough through negotiations and explaining all of the functions on the car. Finalizing the paperwork was easy and everything matched. Took my BMW here for service check and oil change, I had Ken Foster take care of me, he did an excellent job keeping me up to date and informed with everything throughout the whole proccess. Everytime I have taken my car in, he makes sure everything is in tip top condition aswell and making sure the car has full wash and clean inside. Would recommend and will continue to come back.

From my exposure in many avenues of service, I have had many great services. With today’s encounters that started with a call back from Lynn at BMW Farmington hill, a simple service turned into an elected experience. To sum it up, from Miss peggy initial transfer to scheduling to Miss Lynn returning my call voluntarily and arriving to meet the service representative Mr. Mike and with another warm greet from Hannah, a complete experience and care was established. I had the opportunity to work with Daher for my certified pre-owned M340i. What a car.. what a guy! I felt horrible because I was running late to meet with him. When others might have said, never mind.. I’m busy. He stayed late to get the deal done (even set me up with the gold bow!). And this car.. I had an incredible experience at BMW of Farmington Hills purchasing my pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek and Andy was phenomenal throughout the entire experience. I reached out on Saturday thinking I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday but Sunday morning Andy was already working with me to ensure I get the vehicle. Once we arrived Monday afternoon, Andy had everything prepped and ready to quicken the purchasing process and even had a dog gift bag ready for us after I mentioned my puppy in a previous conversation! On top of this, they even mailed me my garage door opener that I forgot in my trade in no questions asked! 5 star service forsure!

I had an amazing experience buying my custom built BMW. Ilir Doresi is an amazing, and not a typical sales person. Most of the people don't buy a lot of BMWs in a year or 2 years and if you want to make your dream car purchase a smooth and pleasant experience then Ilir is your guy. He made things work for me and was able to truly achieve customer delight for me. If I could, I would give a 10 on 5 stars just for Ilir's 'very accommodating' and 'going over board for customer' traits. This is my 2nd car in 4 years and 5th car buying experience in 4 years and I can say Ilir is one of the best sales person I have encountered so far.
