Great Giant Supermarket of Saginaw

I'm finding out that this place has some really great food especially the meats.

Stopped here for gizzards and ham hocks, this place has pretty good meat sales along with items you don't see at other stores. Produce and meat looked fresh! Didn't shop around to look at other prices. Nice little grocery store. Had an employee ask us if we needed help, seemed friendly. Family shops here often. Area isn't exactly safe, but I never once felt unsafe in the store or parking lot. Recommend.

I love shopping at great giant I get 75% of my meat from great giant. Ribs are so tender and juicy

She sat and counted my husband change after the EBT was used then she broke the 10 dollar bill for him. That is great customer service I appreciate the time she took out for us!

Love shopping here. Clean, friendly and great deals on meats. Especially like the pre-cut fruits, and the specials from their flyer. I gave it five stars because even though selections can be limited I am still left with little to buy elsewhere.

The Meat Department has quality meat at affordable pricing. They also specialize in individual choice orders. Dairy Products are diverse and displayed very well.The Produce are fresh and plentiful. The Staff is very courteous and assist even in taking your baskets to your vehicle. The Giant Supermarket is more than just a Neighborhood store it services patrons from across Saginaw County.

I don't live too far and I find it's a diamond. Meat is great. However, I like a certain meat cut. Alllll of the meat department guys refuse and / or give me grief. BUT there is one gentleman there in that department does it for me no question asked. He is soooo kind and professional. The best there. Ask for the guy with the Grey beard

Convenient. Ok prices. You can find items in this store that the big wigs don't have. The fresh fruit and Salads are awesome!

I like the location, I'm not sure about the prices yet with the new owner but I think they hours should be the same as Family Dollar because this is the only grocery store in this area. 8/12/17

Awesome store... Great prices. Within walking distance for me. An great employees. Left my phone in a cart today and employees had it waiting at the service counter. Really appreciate it.

The prices are amazing! I, for the first time in forever was able to fill up a whole cart for $123.00. And the staff is friendly. I will be going back!

Great Giant Supermarket is a blessing especially for black residents in the Saginaw area, in order to cook black cuisine you have to have black people's ingredients to cook proper Soul Food. Some recipes can date back hundreds of years and the secrets ly with in your ingredients that's available in your area, like smoked Turkey products, certain type's of greens, neck bones, ham hocks, salt pork, peas from the southern states are just a few of the products that Great Giant carries and for that I'm very ,very thankful for their services and products that they offer the Saginaw area.
