Brennan was incredibly helpful, even after I left the store. He was accommodating and friendly but not overbearing or constantly invading my space- he let me shop. Then, when I was ready, he did everything he could to help me get what I needed and to do things over the phone so I didn't need to make a second trip an hour away. I really appreciate his time and efforts.

Sam H was so helpful while we were picking out our new couch set. She allowed us space and time to look through our options, determine our price point and make a decision. She provided some really helpful input to help us while making our final decision.

Brennan was fantastic. He helped us find our dream outdoor furniture and worked with us to be able to afford it. The store manager was also very willing to work with us. Delivery was timely. We are very glad we walked in to see what was available.

Brady greeted me promptly on my arrival as I shopped for two attractive castered kitchen chairs; not an easy search! But in less than 5 minutes he found two perfectly elegant models that suited my dining nook to a T. Since I had such great success so quickly, I challenged him to find me a sofa with side-by-side recliners that could seat three comfortably. After some investigation, we found the perfect solution online. My chairs were delivered in four days (even though I was shopping on Memorial Day weekend!) I can't wait to see my new sofa. I came into Ashley to browse furniture for my children. I had no intentions on buying anything that day. Logan was the young man who approached me when I walked in. Logan was not only helpful but also very informative during my furniture shopping experience! Picking out furniture has always been intimidating to me. Two hours, great information, some laughs and a LOT of help from Lauren, and we landed on 7 pieces that I am thrilled about! We can't wait for delivery! They have an amazing selection. You wont be sorry!

Recently brought my mother in who was looking for a new reclining chair. Zack was the salesman who greeted us with a warm smile and willing to help. His professionalism and knowledge was great. He did a nice job helping my mother find exactly what she needed. I will be back in the future to see Zack and purchase new furniture for myself.

Our experience at the Ashley Outlet & furniture store was amazing. Stephanie helped us pick out a sectional and set us up with premium delivery. There was a discrepancy on the price and Stephanie honored the lower price no questions asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and the Ashley store!

Walked in late, and worked with sam. She didn’t care about the time at all, I didn’t want to be “that customer”. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Made our purchase that much better. Will be going there for our future needs!!

First off, the store is MASSIVE. So much to look at. Thankfully, the salesman, Brady helped me find the perfect mattress without trying to just sell me the most expensive model. He truly cared for sleep, and knows what he’s talking about.

We were able to find pieces to fit in our space. We ran into some issues (our sales associate was no longer employed after sale & before delivery)that management was quick to resolve. The problem solving, communication and customer service were excellent. Thanks for helping us create a cozy space to enjoy.

We were looking for one end/side table. Gabriel met us near the door. He approached us in a friendly manner, inquiring what we might be looking for. We described our needs, in a limited detail. We also explained that we don’t often agree on design. He gently walked with us, pointing out some examples after hearing our likes. Never pushed us. We noticed a table that might work, he explained the materials in detail. We chose a table, paid and he carried it to our vehicle. A truly pleasant experience. Thank you.
