Elysse is very efficient and transferred all my data very quickly and processed the order and had me on my way very fast, she explained what she was doing for each step and identified the cost with each option, I went back to buy a watch and had the same great experience. this kind of service is refreshing in today's world, thanks Elysse

My iPad wasn’t syncing with my iPhone. Robert was waiting on another customer and while software was downloading he waited on me. He was very polite and proficient as he reset a few keys that were incorrect. Good guy to have on staff!

I came into the store for some help with my phone and Josalyn was so much help and went above beyond to help and had explained everything throughouly so I could understand. Thank you!

Samantha Gibson for the WIN!!! She was amazing!!! My phone had an issue and couldn’t make any calls. I was dreading going in to the store because it’s never quick and with 5 kids…well, you get the point. She listened to my issue, did a few things on my phone, and BAM! Less than 5 minutes and she had the issue FIXED!! I’m blown away! And she was super sweet. So so thankful!

I just wanted to share that Rob, Help me very much with my phone service. I want to some other stores to do some trouble shooting. Rob told me to call him and let me know what was going on. I was told by another Verizon store not to go to Frankenmuth. They couldn't be more wrong because of all the time Rob and Adam took with me. They both finally figured out the problem when nobody else could. When I was at the store Adam took the time to talk to many representatives, that could not figure out the problem. Adam went above and beyond, even on his day off consulting with Rob over video calls. I give them both an A+ and a pat on the back. I will always trust my Frankenmuth store. We visited the Frankenmuth Verizon store this morning to transfer our family’s phone plan over to Verizon from AT&T as well as upgrade all of our iPhones. This was not a small task and we were so fortunate to have the help of Adam Bookmyer. He was so informative and patient with us. He carefully and thoroughly explained all the options our family had and he helped us make the decision that worked best for us. Buying four new phones is a large investment and Adam was terrific. He is truly an assist to the Verizon company and he gained our trust as well as our business.

I had an Amazing experience at Verizon in Frankenmuth Mi I told Robert what I needed to do for work and he gave me exactly what I needed and my tablet was all set up by the time I left I was very satisfied with the service I got and I’ll be back if I need anything else

I dropped my phone into the pond and could not retrieve it. I was pleased to find that they were open on Sunday and was able to get my new phone within less than 24 hours of losing my original. The agent we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I could not remember my apple password and she explained to me how to change it using my Mac once I got home. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing help with their Verizon account or products!

Had an amazing experience in the store! Dalton specifically came in on his day off just to make sure that my phone number would transfer over to Verizon services. His coworkers were very talkative and were engaged with me the whole time while I was waiting for my account to be set up. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and I will definitely be going back whenever I need help again.
