After losing our house to a fire we were devastated. Crystal took on the job of helping us furnish our entire home. It was a big job and it was made extremely easy with her help. I looked everywhere for furniture including online and It was just overwhelming to say there least. You can't find furniture of this quality and selection just anyplace. Leah was awesome to work with while purchasing a chase sofa. Even though we told her we initially weren't going to buy some thing the first day we ran into her on Black Friday and made our purchase that day. We had the best experience ever ordering from Art Sample of Saginaw!!! Our sales lady Patty was amazing!! All of our furniture came in within 2 months of ordering. Our headboard did have a ding in it. I called Art Sample right away and sent them a picture. They had a new headboard ordered the very next day and was delivered in a week. The delivery men were very professional and friendly. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this store! We will be ordering all of our furniture from here in the future and have referred all of our family and friends to them as well.

Bought a beautiful couch with matching recliner. Nicole our sales girl was great!!!! We shopped all day and we are a picky couple lol thank you Nicole. Best thing about Art Sample, no sales people breathing down our necks. Nicole was there when we had questions and then to finalize sale.

Customer service is #1. Michelle was helping us locate a Stressless elevator for a chair we bought over 5 years ago from another store.

My husband and I recently purchased living room and dining room furniture, rugs and art work from Art Sample. Patty Donahue came to our home, measured our rooms and provided phenomenal, professional expertise in recommending what would make our rooms look great. Patty chose every item perfectly - we couldn't be happier with how our house looks now. The staff at Art Sample is amazing - Patty, the ladies in the office and the delivery crew were all kind, professional and wonderful to work with. The delivery crew even put pads on the bottom of our new furniture to protect our hardwood floors. Patty came out the day of delivery to make sure everything was set up correctly and she even hung our pictures. We are very happy with Art Sample and cannot recommend them enough. They truly go above and beyond. If you are looking for help in selecting furniture or redoing rooms in your home, you can't go wrong with Art Sample.

We went to Art Sample to look for new living room furniture. We met Design Consultant Janice Powers. She is great. She showed us a piece on the floor that we really liked. She then worked with us to pick additional pieces to coordinate with the loveseat. She has a great eye for color. We were happy with our selections. They were delivered and the combination was even greater than we anticipated. The delivery was smooth and easy. A great experience all around.

We worked with Kim in the store and she paid careful attention to our likes and dislikes pairing us with options that we would actually consider buying instead of just trying to make a sale. She gave us options and information as we asked and was not at all pushy. I will ask for her by name every time we go back - and we will be back.
Delivery was timely and driver kept his word and called 30 minutes before arriving exactly on time. Very clean and respectful of our home during delivery. I can’t wait to see their truck pulling up my driveway again with our next purchase. Overall great and fun experience.

We personally have worked with Rhonda Dupuis for the last 5 years. She is an excellent designer with effective listening skills. Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make the experience with Art Sample a positive one. We both felt confident in our choices of furniture because of the personal communication Rhonda used in keeping us in the loop during the entire process. To complete the experience, the delivery staff were pleasant and careful when setting up your new furniture for your enjoyment. Shopping at Art Sample Home Furniture is truly a 5 Star experience!

I have bought numerous pieces of affordable high-quality high-end furniture from this establishment just because working with her is so fabulous! Pay attention Art Sample you have a gem!

Art Sample was the 5th store that we went to in one day when looking for a new sofa. It also happened to be the last. You’re always met with commissioned sales reps at furniture stores so it became a little exhausting by then. Morgan was very down to earth and a breath of fresh air. While she greeted us at the very moment we walked in, she wasn’t pushy and it was more like being given a tour of her home and then being left to pick out our favorite things. The store sets probably helped with that because it’s really well decorated. The furniture and accessories are not just thrown in the store. Generally, when a store is staged that nicely, you expect overpriced pieces but that wasn’t the overall case of Art Sample. We ended up with two matching pieces, a sofa and chaise lounge, with a feel of that modern take on mid-century. They’re adorable in our space and cost just $900 out the door. There are price ranges for everybody if you’re looking for less or more expensive choices. We have pets that we welcome everywhere so these were perfect for us. We would definitely return to Art Sample over the others for future furniture needs.

Rhonda was great from my initial email to our first meeting. They are very helpful and don’t try to push you into anything. My couch arrived on time as projected when I ordered. The delivery guys were on time, well dressed and very professional. It was a great experience from start to finish.
