Great food. A bit of a wait, but always worth it. Not cheap fast food, but the fish and fries are a good value.

Great group of ladies working that day. They were welcoming and like to joke with the customers. The food was fresh and hot, not saturated in grease. Great experience!

We had lunch the food was great tasting I myself thought it was too greasy...but the place was very clean and the service excellent workers very friendly

Don't know where they get their shrimp but it's the best.

The workers were very kind when we went through the drive-through, we even laughed with the server about straws. The food was great, nice and hot. The fries we fresh, and didn't taste like the oil was old. Great experience.

I love fried fish and LJS has some delicious meals at a reasonable price. This unit in Saginaw is very clean and food hot and fresh. We always leave very satisfied.

I came in at lunch time on 5-17-23 and the customer service was excellent! The ladies were so nice and the food came out fast and was so good .the customer service made my day .they were so friendly.this was an excellent team who works here and I'm a happy customer.thank u LJS bay road team

With a large coach tour group. Stopped across the road at Mall for shopping and lite lunch. Not much to choose from inside mall. Checked lunch options close by and found Long John Silver's. Walked across street. Came inside and was greeted warmly. Order options were discussed. Order was brought out quickly hot and fresh. Everything was great. Dinning area was clean and orderly. Staff was friendly. Great dinning experience for lunch.

Delicious! Hush puppies and crab cake were so delicious! I ordered fish tacos were a little spicy for my taste next time I will do sauce on side. But it was so good! Kind staff and fast!

Haven’t had long johns in awhile, stopped here for lunch and was blown away by the amazing service! Every single person was pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Pleasant staff. Good location. Yes its greasy and salty but very tasty and. Very occasional treat. Pepsi was delicious. Not watery and full of ice like other places

Always a good meal! Got the shrimp and chicken, hubby got the fish and shrimp. Highly recommend it all! Fries were nice and hot! Prices are reasonable. Check them out!

Every experience I have had with this location has been a great one. Good food! Their employees are so nice and accommodating. The only problem for me is they are farther away. Usually, when I make a trip to the West Side, I stop to get an order to take home.

I long john silver fish the batter be so crunchy n delicious fries be hot n good friendly employees the tartar sauce be on point the ketchup on the fries be hitting with a good Pepsi my daughter and son love the hushpuppies so I couldn't leave them out or that beautiful battered shrimp that taste oh so good in that shrimp sauce

This establishment is one I like to eat at twice a year. For what it's worth it's good food , hot and trigger' memories from when I was on high school.
