I had some issues from another location and went to this location, Alec was working and was more than helpful and very kind. He took great care of me and got everything squared away on an issue he didn’t start. He definitely deserves some recognition.

The gentleman we worked with was polite, professional, and knew exactly where everything was. He didn't mind the mess we made as my 13 yr old tornado whipped by. He even went out of way to locate a game we desperately needed for Xmas. This is my new favorite game shop.....start one in bad axe - huron county mi you would be Rollin it!!

Always a pleasure to talk with Dawn! I admit bias, but it's because she is so nice. Miles was great too! Quick and easy shopping trip some chatting and catch up. Always courteous and friendly.

Went there on Saturday and picked up a Wii. I know a little bit about video games but not as savvy as most. I forgot the lady's name that was working but she was very helpful. It was around 5pm I believe. I asked her about the order of a series of video games and she didn't make me feel stupid instead she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She also upgraded my points account for $3 which saved me $30 some on my entire purchase. I'm definitely only going to this location from now on.

I frequent this gamestop, and I don't quite understand why there's so much negativity in these reviews. The employees are very friendly, pretty standard prices for a large resell chain. Never had an issue with trading in games, purchasing products/games, and my questions were normally answered with much explanation behind them.

I had an issue with my PS4 and me not know alot about consoles and controllers i took it here. Well the nice gentleman tested everything and told me it was my contoller so he bought my controller off me (which i thought i was going to have to junk it) and got a pre owned one. Well when i got back i realized there was something stuck in my microphone slot so of course was mad. So i went back up there and this nice gentle he helped me out he out, up upgraded my controller and gave me dicount for my trouble. Everyone was super sweet and made my day.

I dont remember the workers name that was working but he was very knowledgeable and didn't just push unwanted stuff on me. I would recommend that store to anyone.

I am on a first name basis with most of the employees at this establishment and have been for many moons now. I am aware GameStop is renown for their shady business practices as a whole but I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. Nine times out of ten they have what I am looking for, they put up with my constant questions and bickering without annoyance and they allow me to shamelessly loiter in their store. I even broke their printer and they are still nice to me. I am also happy to report these people actally know what they are talking about when it comes to video games which is quite refreshing. Gamestop as a corporation is a festering wound about to turn septic. As one single store in Saginaw Michigan it resembles none of the negativity the GameStop name is synonymous with.

Always great customer service. Definitely this is the better of the two Saginaw locations. It seems like they have a bit more product in this location.
