Came in on a Wednesday to check out a Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I had scouted and seen on Cars.com a few days prior. Previous to showing up I had gone to multiple other dealerships and believed that I was sold on buying a Ford Explorer ST. When I walked into Suburban Imports, Marino was the very first person that greeted me. I let him know that I was looking to test drive the Jeep and without hesitation he pulled it around front for me. He walked me through the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the drivetrain and transmission. After the test drive I was very impressed with how the vehicle handled and I experienced everything that Marino had elaborated on prior. Later that evening after discussing it with the wife we decided on getting the Jeep. I reached out to Marino to let him know our choice, expecting him to follow up the next day because it was getting close to the end of his work day. But he went the extra mile and got me approved for my credit application the same day and let me know that if I wanted to come pick the car up the following day, he would have it ready and detailed for me. I showed up the next day to purchase the vehicle. The process was very simple and smooth. Everyone involved in the process was very helpful and knowledgeable about each option and warranty I desired. As we were about to drive off the lot my wife noticed a button missing on the captain seat in the middle row. I completely overlooked it but it was definitely an eye soar once you saw it. Marino, took the initiative to run over to another dealership to see if they had to part on hand. When that didn't work out he placed a personal order to have it shipped in the next day and I was able to have that piece installed with no problem. I was very impressed with Marino's professionalism and his willingness to go the extra mile. He is a high character, high class salesman to work with and you can see he's not just doing this to collect a commission.

Purchased a used 2019 mazda cx-5 and traded in my old vehicle. Aaron Stokes and the manager that day did a great job with the process of getting me in and out quickly. Very pleased with the quality of product and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone in the office including the financial representative was pleasant to deal with. Would deal with this company again. I went to the mazda of Farmington hills location.

Professional and helping attitude by staff. I was dealt by Mr Harrold who tried his best to accommodate my needs. Not to mention the Sales Manager Mr Lou who went out of way for my deal. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from this dealership. Especially the private classes to explain the mini bells and whistles that this car had with Grace she was awesome.

Friendly service, not agressive, very laid back, gave me lots of alone time in the car before test driving. Highly professional.

purchased a car from them (I'm in PA) in late 2021. Shipped it over. when arrived the headlight was condensing water in the housing, failed bushings as well so it wouldn't even pass PA safety inspection on delivery. They tried to day it was evident in the photos, which it was not, nor was it disclosed. Mind you the photos of the cars front end were taken while wet, so you couldn't discern whether the water was on the outside or inside of the headlamp. After a little back and forth with their parent company Lithia Motors, Suburban imports remedied that issue. They also advertised no accidents on the vehicle, which after my near two years ownership, was a flagrant and outright lie. Multiple techs have indicated front driver damage, which makes sense because they had an OE headlight in there, no BMW branding. Also had a damaged rim which someone had been repaired, which was not disclosed. I had to replace the rim shortly after purchasing. Sunroof seal was gone too, needed to be replaced. Had the car resprayed and even the paint tech asked what previous damage had occurred as the paint was not matched properly and didn't meet factory specs. buy an aftermarket warranty if you do purchase from them. The process was pretty easy though, credit where due, they took care of pretty much everything all the way up to the car at my doorstep and they did remedy the bushing and headlight. Im more disappointed now about the previous damage which was not reported, which they knew of. As a dealer/technician, the evidence of previous damage is too great to say they could not have know. It is a dream car of mine, so win some loose some I guess.

Two weeks ago we bought a 2022 Tiguan. Still no plates and now I'm getting ghosted. Never again will I give Suburban money. Unprofessional and insulting.

Bought an Audi from them. All smiles and helpful until you commit. Never disclosed only one key. Said they would fill the tank, did not. Tried to get answers on the various warranties they push, very difficult. I chose none except the $1K one that you are forced to purchase. Car had open open recall. Date to get the car changed four times, they ordered the wrong part. I have used Suburban Subaru service for over a decade with great satisfaction. This experience has me questioning whether to ever use anything "Suburban". Buyer beware.

They are very friendly. But they DO NOT call you back no matter how many voicemails you leave. I was starting to feel very discouraged because they got all my documents from me and said they work with all kinds of credit scores for auto lending. But I guess I just wasn’t approved and instead of telling me this they left me in confusion and without ever following up Alyssa was the name of the sales rep who was supposed to be helping me. She was very friendly but communication skills are severely lacking I left her about 30 messages over the span of weeks not once has she called me back or even sent me a email trying to reach me she said a “lender” would be reaching out to me and then dust…crickets..nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Highly do not recommend this dealership. I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership, which in the purchasing stages I was treated very rudely by the sales manager, Mike, along with the rude and un-knowledgeable sales rep, Malaysia. This dealership sold me a “certified” 2019 Mazda CX-3 with 14,500 with a bent rim and and bad wheel bearing. The dealership stated that it was my fault and that I caused the issues within the week I had the vehicle. I have to fight multiple times with them, and take the vehicle to another dealership to find a diagnosis. After taking the vehicle to another Mazda dealership, I was informed by that dealership that the vehicle had been there a year prior with a bent rim and bad wheel bearings, the same exact ones that the dealership stated I caused the issues too. After fighting the dealership for roughly 2 weeks, they ended up taking care of the Issues, but with no apology. I do not recommend this dealership unless you are looking to have a hard time with purchasing a vehicle or with unfaithful sales representatives and mechanic’s as this issue should have been caught during the 50- point inspection.

NO STAR...If there was an option to not select a star to rate them then that would be it, because 1-Star is too good for them. I made an out of state purchase on a vehicle I saw online. They were responsive when I was seeking to purchase the vehicle, but after I made the initial down payment they were non-responsive. Which is shocking to have to force giving money/business. I worked with Chris Clark - who was my sales agent, Mike Rogers - Chris's Sales Manager, and Brian Plauman - Finance Officer.
After my down payment was made, I was told that they would like to see if they could do better than my lender and Brian would be in touch with me first thing in the morning. There was no contact from the dealership at all that next morning. I started calling at 10am to get answers and never once could I get Brian, Chris, or Mike on the phone. The receptionist kept transferring me to their land lines where I would go to their VM, not telling me it was their day off. I later left the GM a vm and he returned my call and got me with someone who could give me the purchasing agreement I needed to send to my lender. This person extended using their lender Capital One, but I stayed with mine because they do not do electronic doc sign, so it was going to be another 2 days of sending paper work back and forth. However, it ended up being longer anyway because all the needed information (where my lender needed to send the check) on purchase agreement was omitted and the dealer wouldn't answer/return BOA calls for 2 days delaying the process even further. Then when I completed all documents by the dealer and lender, I called to confirm if I was good to release my carrier to pickup my vehicle and Mike Rogers informed me that they haven't received my paper work (dealer still had to overnight documents for me to sign) nor payment from my lender (BOA). What is interesting is BOA confirmed through tracking their overnight delivery that they had the check for 7.5 hours in their possession from the time that they told me that they didn't. I received a phone call from my sales agent the next day letting me know that everything is good to go and when will I pick up the vehicle as if a carrier is sitting waiting on his call. I informed him I didn't know because they had been dragging their feet and I have had to push him back from when I originally thought all should have been finalized. And after I said that he changed his tune to just let me know when it is scheduled so I can have the vehicle washed and ready for pickup. This was on a Saturday, which I notified my carrier right then. But he couldn't notify me of my exact pickup day until Monday. I called my sales agent at 4pm and left him a voicemail and text message concerning my vehicle scheduled pickup for Tuesday and that I need 30 day tags placed in glove compartment of vehicle. I tried again to reach sales agent starting at 7:30 am Tuesday and never received a call back. I then called carrier to ask him to make sure they show him 30 day tags and carrier informed me that he already has picked up my vehicle from Mike Rogers and it was not washed, stickers not removed from it, and he initially gave him the wrong vehicle...right make and model, just wrong color (WHO DOES THAT?!?!). And to top it all off no 30 day tags are in the car, so there is nothing I can do with the vehicle...can't even take it to get it detail. I tried calling/leaving voicemails again all day to get them to overnight me a 30 day tags to once again no response (not even from the GM this time).
I know I wrote a lot, but I want you to be prepared if you decided to do business with them as to what could happen. If it wasn't for the fact I was looking for a custom color that they had I would have canceled the deal all together. I just pray that nothing goes wrong with the vehicle and their maintenance department isn't as bad as their sales and finance.

I would give a minus 10 if I could. Mazen (sp??) was very dishonest and actually lied to my face. He was supposed to call back to confirmhe had a vechile I was intereste in. I think he did but did not leave a message. I had told him I was bringing my son that evening so please let us know. We come to the dealership and he states it sold. I asked why he didn't call..he states he said he would call IF they had it..that doesn't make sense as he could have recommended another vehicle. SO DISHONEST.The thing is I would have understood if it sold but it is the lack of followup that is so very unprofessional. DO BETTER, BE BETTER!!
