If I could give this place more stars, I would! Wow, I’m blown away by their customer service! I was in a real pickle and Chelsea in service was an absolute angel sent from God helping me through this. You might think I’m exaggerating, but I’m absolutely not. She was very creative in her solution always thinking several steps ahead to help speed up the process and very knowledgeable about the GM warranties I had purchased for my car so that I could utilize them with ease. You really can’t find such great treatment like this nowadays. I hope this dealership cherishes Chelsea because this is a life lasting impression that I’ve already told several people about. Thank you very much!

The service team at Jim Wernig GMC are absolutely amazing! I was up in town for the week recently and my truck's starter died unexpectedly as I was headed back home. Chelsey was very friendly and helpful and was able to fit me in their schedule. Their sister dealership had the part required and in just a few hours I was back on the road again to head home! Your phone needs to be changed so a person can dial directly to the Buick side of your dealership, had to call twice before I was transferred correctly to the Buick side………..Now with that said, Jennifer and Chelsea were both so very kind to me I could not ask for a better service young ladies period! The service gentleman were good they found out what the issue was and between them and myself we corrected the issue. Now my beautiful little Encore is running like a charm again. I had work done on my 21’ blazer last week at a dealership in my hometown. On my way out of town to my daughters wedding, my car started shaking really bad, Gaylord was the closest dealership. Within an hour of arriving they had my car fixed and back in the road. On a Friday at 430pm no less. I couldn’t be more grateful! All the staff was amazing!!! Thank you!!

I originally went to the chevy dealership. They only had one diesel mechanic, and sent me to gmc dealership. Some one had missed their appt., so they were able to bring my truck in for an inspection. Upon inspection, they found a bad transmission line that was leaking. They were able to get the part and repair it. It took about 3 hours, but they saved my transmission. Jennifer in service was top notch. I will definitely do more buisness with Wernig.

I was just happy to get my truck fixed so quickly because I bought it for work and it’s how I make my living I bought this truck brand new. 6 years ago and at 90k miles my transmission went out not to forget my calipers and roders we’re totally shot to. For a 3 quarter and 60 months of payments it really let me down. All though the service to get it repaired back on the road was absolutely great. Thank you, From Renne Okkonen
