Andrew and Renee at Artisans Custom Mattress were the best to work with! We had two custom-sized Tempur-Pedic mattresses cut for our Sprinter Van. They sent samples (Tempur Adapt Medium and ProAdapt Medium) to help us decide before taking our order. And they were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The resulting mattresses perfectly fit our cover. We can’t recommend them enough!

Artisans Custom Mattress has excellent customer service. They even provide the manufacturers original mattress guarantee after they have customized the mattress for you!!! I have had several mattresses customized for unusual shapes (they customize the covers to fit too!), and they have exceeded my every need on time and priced as promised. I wish more customizing companies behaved like this one!!

We highly recommend this business. We were in need of two custom mattresses for our travel trailer. Renee helped us to select the perfect mattress for our comfort level. She made the mattresses to perfectly match our specifications. And her workmanship was superb. We are very happy. And Renee made the experience even more pleasurable with her great people skills. I've never understood why manufacturers put such low quality mattresses in expensive boats, RV's, etc., but they do. To rectify this I purchased a custom Artisan Temper Pedic mattress for my sailboat. I couldn't have been happier with the process beginning to end. Having said that, clearly the most important thing is the quality of the product. Sleeping on this mattress is nothing short of bliss. Two things are certain. First, I will eventually buy a bigger boat. Second, when I do I will buy another Temper Pedic mattress from Artisans.

I Purchased a custom Tempur Pedic mattress for my Mainship 400 last year from Artisans. Great product and great service. The order process was trouble free and the materss was delivered on time as promised.
I waited some time to write the review as I wanted so get some zzzzzz’s before I wrote a review.
Turns out this has been the best boat purchase that I’ve made so far. Would’nt trade it for the world.

Artisans Matress has great service on a quatity product backed by the manufactures original warranty on a customized mattress. Best nights sleep I've ever had on the boat. The fit kit produced a perfectly fitting mattress.
