Okay. We got there pretty late and they were pretty busy and we didn't order ahead and we waited almost an hour for our small (8 slices) pizza. However, totally worth the wait! Sizzling hot when we got it and perfectly warm when we got back to the cottage. Really good pizza🍕. Next time we'll order ahead.

Well, everything is really good here, fish Friday- all you can eat. Clubs are BIG. Salads are very good too.

Pizza is pretty good as is the chili. The walleye dinners are great. You get a lot for your money. Only complaint is vegetables need to be cooked a few more minutes

I haven't been in years and I live local. Small town atmosphere with great food! Hidden gem in Lexington! Definitely not the menu or service I remember from years ago, nicely done Village Inn! BTW try the alligator... you won't be disappointed 😉

Really enjoyed the pickle chips and my burger. Our server was polite and friendly even though you could tell she was super busy.

The pickle pizza was surprisingly good (for a first timer who had never even heard of such a thing). Service was fast & super attentive. Great prices. Highly recommend!

Good food at a good price. Place is a basic entry for atmosphere. Nothing special but it's got all you need. A few TVs and Michigan state lotto for a little entertainment. They have a bar or at a table. I had the steak with chimichurri sauce and baked potato with salad. Discount for cash so I just tipped on the normal amount and let the waitress keep the extra money. She was nice and gave me time to choose what I wanted with no rush. Food was hot and delicious. She checked back a few times to fill the drink and make sure the steak was cooked to my liking. Overall a nice place to go where the food is great and the price is right.

Wide variety of food and drinks, friendly staff and customers. Unique summer menu that Chef John has added. Looking forward to trying more things here. Try the locally sourced pickle chips.

On my way to Caseville yesterday, I stopped for the first time yesterday around lunchtime and had the 4-piece broasted chicken meal. Solid chicken and red skin mashed potatoes! Very good service as well.

I’ll start by saying the place is a little dated, and the menu has changed, but not the actual physical menu. There are some items that have been crossed off and the prices are changed with a sharpie. Quirky, yes, but still very deserving of a 5 star review you ask. The food is really that good and it’s reasonably priced for the amount of food on each plate.

My family and I are from out of town and throughly enjoyed our lunch. There are 6 of us and we each ordered something different. We ordered a Cobb Salad, Taco Salad, pepperoni pizza, cod and fry basket, a BLT, and tacos. The cod was fresh with a crispy batter. Both salads were huge with lots of meat, veggies, and ‘stuff’ in them. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long while. The BLT was piled high with bacon and the bread was toasted perfectly. The waitress was on point with a nice sense of humor.

If you are in the area, I highly recommend you stopping at Steis’s for a meal.

We came into town at approximately 10 p.m. and began looking for food after our long road trip. After Googling and driving by a few places a local recommended Steis's. I walked in and was hoping the kitchen was still open. The bartender told me that it was and we were lucky enough to order a pizza to go. After looking around I was sorry that I didn't have more time to spend in the restaurant and have a few beverages. Everyone seemed very friendly and to be enjoying themselves. When I arrived back at our rental property we opened the box and discovered pure joy! Not only were we able to find food but I believe the best food in town. I worked in the restaurant business for 30 years in all types of establishments big and small. Everything from burger joints to fine dining. This pizza wasn't just good. It was incredible. The ingredients were all fresh. The sauce was absolutely amazing and I still think about it frequently. The crust was so good you can eat it by itself and it just melts in your mouth- similar to French bread. After debating with my family I truly believe it's the BEST pizza I have ever eaten! No matter what the price. I've been to Chicago and New York they have nothing on this pizza! I still think about that pizza and wish I could somehow ship it back home. It was that good. Although it is 12 hours from where I live- I swear someday I will drive back just to get that pizza again. Thank you to everyone at Steis's for the friendly service and best pizza on the planet!!!

Hospitality was good, food was tasty, enviroment was nice and clean, prices were pretty fair for current national inflation. Got the perch and veggies. Perch looked and tasted great, cooked very nicely. Recommend any of there seafood selections. But all the food my family had looked good.
