Rite Aid

The drive thru is very convenient for me, since I have difficulty walking or carrying more than one small bag with handles. The young lady is very pleasant. However, I tried to get a refund for my 2 previous individually purchased prescriptions, because the new insurance information wasn't used after my 1st order, which cost me nearly $40 vs $0, each on the 1st, and 4th separate prescriptions.The older lady said she could NOT do it, since it was in late January! I told her how to credit the card if she could tell me the last 4 digits of the credit card, but she told me in no wasted words, that would be impossible! I wonder why she couldn't look me in the eye when telling me. 🤔 I will be calling the head pharmacist soon to rectify the problem.

Wow. I needed a small syringe to dose a sick bird. Jason asked me to wait and came back with one that was the perfect size.. for free. So thoughtful and nice. Recommend using this pharmacy because of the caring staff.

There is a young lady that works in the pharmacy that always greets me as If she's known me for years. Then she always gets my prescriptions ready so quickly that I'm in and out in no time. That's how it's done. Thank you so much.

Not a bad location just be careful in the parking lot! Lots of large deep potholes , Big enough that if you hit one you might think you hit a car. I was bacining out I swore someone drove behind me and I bumped them because I came to a dead stop. But it was only a big hole trying to eat my Large SUV LOL I had to drive over the curb in the handicap parking spot to get out I was afraid of damaging a tire. They are not cheap today. Their response to the review is to tell me to contact them via Twitter, Facebook or another SM?? It's a sad world out there today where customers become unpaid employees 😔 they lost a star for that. Do they need a new social media manager Also?

What's going on with the phone over there? I've been calling for days and they don't pick up or have an auto response. Half the time, the drive thru doesn't work and because I am crippled, getting to the back of the store to pick up RX is terrible. Also, the parking lot has so many pot holes, you would think Gov. Whitmer was in charge of fixing it. I think it's time to find a new pharmacy.

What the hell is up with their phone? I've been calling the pharmacy for days and it just rings and rings and then hangs up on you. No automated response or anything. They need to get that fixed ASAP! This is people's health they're messing with, it's a dangerous game when people can't get their prescriptions they desperately need. Not okay!
