Burberry London at the Somerset Collection Mall in Troy, Michigan is currently closed due to remodeling during my most current visit.

My experience is based on my visit at the Burberry Store inside Somerset. I was fortunate to have Greg as my SA. He is very professional, knowledgeable about the Burberry products, craftsmanship and history. He help me to select a very nice jacket and scarf. I felt as if my own father was helping me to get and look the best. I recommend Burberry at Somerset and SA Greg. Everyone at Burberry is wonderful but Greg as my SA was great. Non pushy, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came in not dressed to impressed and I was not made to feel out of place. I was warmly greeted and treated like royalty. Greg was very patient with me and made sure that I was completely happy with my investment and that I looked good with my choice. I recommend Burberry at Saks and SA Greg.

Absolutely phenomenal. One of the best shopping experiences I have had. The person who I was dealing with was very respectful and kind. Her name was Alex and I plan on doing business with them and her again in the near future. I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to leave my first comment here. Would like to start out by saying how welcoming and charming the employees here are. They are such great people that love what they do . It always puts a smile on my face every time I come here to always check in and say hi to all my fashion sales consultants that sold me previous items over the years . I even received a thank you letter from one of the staff members at this store because I bought a Burberry belt from them. They truly love there customers and I love them 😁

Really beautiful store. Staff went above and beyond and "dug" in their backroom for my shirt size. And they found it! While trying on clothes I was offered sparkling water. Definitely a retail experience I will come back for again. Not to mention the shirt I bought was on sale and of course amazing quality with Burberry's signature cross pattern, probably one of the most recognised luxury patterns out there. Love love love!!!!!!!! Didn't at all look down on me, treated me with respect and dignity despite coming in wearing casual wear, and won't at all look down on you if you ask about items that are on sale. Truly wonderful!

I stopped in to browse a while back and didn't plan on buying anything. However, Leslie M came up to us and offered her help. She was very courteous and informed me on what the different types of coats offered, helped me with sizing and gave us refreshments.
Although I came in not planning to buy anything and also left without buying anything, Leslie made me fall in love with the brand and a coat. Hopefully I will be back soon for that coat.

The lines to get in are a little outrageous but that isn't the stores fault. Great service I wanted 2 items that they did not have in my size they had them sent to me in 2days as promised FREE shipping!!

I love Chicago Burberry more. This one isn't that big and can't find everything. But I still love it. The staff are very nice.
