Loved everything about our experience here. From walking in and test driving, our sales person, Ted, was very helpful. We found a car we loved and the entire process was so easy. I visited the dealership three times prior to my purchase. At the first visit I was introduced to a Sales Executive.
The second visit which was about six months after the first visit, we were just shopping the lot for about 15 minutes then the same Sales Executive pulled up to park car. They acknowledged us and we spoke about a few cars for a few minutes they gave us a business card.
A few months later which was the third visit to the dealership, we were greeted by a representative whom we advised we were looking to test drive a vehicle, she said I’ll get someone to help you.
A few minutes later the same Sales Executive we met at the prior two approached us.

Each visit to the dealership the Sales Executive has unknowingly and unintentionally been the Sales Executive presented to us. Therefore, we knew at the third visit that we were supposed to make a commitment and purchase with this sales person.

The sales person has been with the dealership for years; this was displayed in their consistent, polite and professional demeanor. During each visit they were very pleasant, knowledgable, friendly, approachable; the sales person made us feel comfortable and welcomed upon arrival, they was never aggressive!

Quality customer service is still prevalent and our Sales Executive is a huge reason as to why we ultimately decided to purchase a vehicle from them.
This sales person is doing the right things for the right reasons which is making a difference in the customers lives at Jaguar Land Rover!!!

Both my business partner and his wife, and myself and my wife bought CPO Discovery Sport's about two weeks apart. My business partner bought just before the transition to the new building- we bought just after the transition. Needless to say there was a lot going on and a lot of chaos because of the move. I will tell you a couple of weeks made a HUGE difference, and I can tell the management and support staff at the new location is ready and willing to make this location the absolute best it can be. From sales staff to service, finance to porters- the whole team works as a well-oiled machine and delivery over expectation and sees you through the whole process wonderfully. Thank you to the folks I had a chance to meet and work with, David in sales. and Johnny in service. This is a really stunning state of the art dealership with an even better group of staff to assist.

I reached out to Ted Sims because I was referred to him.
When I first reached out I wanted to lease a Evoque back in December of 22. The numbers weren’t affordable at the time so I told Ted I would check back in with him.
After reaching out a couple more times, Ted finally found a deal for me!

This is my first Luxury car and Ted made me feel like I was family. Doing what he could to make this deal work within my budget and dealing with my nonsense, HAHA!

When picking up the car, he had it all set up in a private show room for me with A BOW AND CHAMPAGNE!

Loved this experience and referring all of my family and friends to him!
