I have been coming here to get my hair done for a while now.. as Jason is my personal perfectionist I watch Ashley do a lot of hair in the hours I am having my extensions and hair done and they both are great.
After I got my hair done everyone said "I had extensions done by Jason and I loved them so much" not only does he work well with me, personally.. but he is versatile... men, women and children looking for a pick me up and a great energy... see Jason and Ashley..they won't let you down and you will not be disappointed. They know the products and styles so you leave at a confidence boost that won't end.

I went in the store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I was looking to get more into makeup and beauty. An employee (Alyssa) helped me to find a concealer that matched my skin perfectly and pointed out some brands that I would like to try in the future. I am excited to try out some colored eyeliner and liquid eyeshadow next! The store also had a pretty nice atmosphere. their place was very shiny and clean. the employees were very helpful and friendly. i bought almost 400 dollars worth of makeup and skin care today and the girl who checked us out was ready for everything i had. the bag ,however, was not. rip bag

I recently had an absolutely amazing experience at the Ulta store in Otsego County, and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service provided by the incredible team there. Despite my severe lateness for my appointment, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and deliver outstanding service.

I cannot praise my stylist, Jason, enough for his professionalism and understanding. I arrived considerably late for my appointment, which could have easily led to frustration and disappointment. However, Jason displayed remarkable patience and took the time to not only accommodate me but also deliver exceptional results.

Even though I was late, Jason managed to fit me in and beautifully shaped my eyebrows. I was astounded by his skill and attention to detail. Furthermore, he worked his magic on styling my hair for the wedding I was attending. His talent and expertise left me feeling stunning and confident.

During our conversation, I mentioned my intention to find a foundation and apply it with my hands. Jason's response was nothing short of remarkable. He enthusiastically exclaimed, "You have beautiful skin! Get a tinted moisturizer." His suggestion not only saved me time but also highlighted his expertise and genuine concern for my needs.

I also want to express my gratitude to Mary and Peggy, who went above and beyond to assist me. They overheard my conversation with Jason and immediately stepped in to help. They guided me to the Clinique section and expertly picked out the perfect color match for my skin. Additionally, they kindly offered to help with the application, answering all my questions and ensuring I left the store looking absolutely beautiful.

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Ulta (in Otsego County) for their exceptional service despite my lateness. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made my experience truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this Ulta location to anyone in need of beauty services and products.

Went in last night in search of a good mascara. The red haired sales person was very helpful and gave me multiple suggestions. I ended up finding one that I really love. I appreciate the advice and help!

I highly recommend Ulta Beauty salon in Gaylord!! The stylists are educated, personable, professional ...phenomenal! I have brought my daughters twice and they always explain everything and ask our opinion. Thank you Chrissy & Sarah! Looking forward to having Jason style our hair sometime too. Such a great team I even know all their names!

I had help and advice from several sales associates. They were attentive and polite.

Everyone's always really nice and helpful when i come in. Today about 30 seconds after i walked in the door, Jasmine asked me if she could help me find anything and I told her I was looking for a concealer and she immediately helped me color match one and pick 1 out and she was really helpful and sweet overall.

I had an amazing experience here, had my hair done by Chrissy. She is phenomenal! Made sure I got what I want and we thoroughly went through exactly how o wanted everything. They make sure you are comfortable as well during your time there and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Fully recommended going to Ulta and stopping in to see Chrissy as well!

Just got my hair done by Jason, more then wonderful experience!!! Being a licensed cosmetologist myself I was pleasantly please to get a service that Jason was proud to give with talent from his mind and hands that didn't stop at his hands!! Thank you Jason I will be back to talk and to receive some color now!!! Yah!!!

Great experience, I don't recollect the exact name of the team member that helped me I believe it was Amanda or Amber. She understood lots of the products and helped me with curls products I can't wait to try will be seeking her advice at later times.

If you’re looking to get your hair done I HIGHLY recommend Sarah! She is super amazing, down to earth and overall good as hell at what she does. I went in super nervous not thinking she was going to achieve what I wanted done with how messed up my hair initially was. I sat down in the chair, Sarah looked over my hair, whipped up an idea and I left overwhelmed with happiness. My hair has never looked more amazing and she will now be my go to person for all my hair needs.

I visited the ULTA store in Gaylord last weekend and they accidentally charged me for 2 Urban Decay Naked palettes instead of one. I didn't realize it until I was halfway back to my hometown an hour away, so I called the store and the girl on the phone apologized, took my address, and told me they would be sending me a gift card in the mail for $27 plus tax to make up for the error. Today I received my gift card in the mail, plus a coupon for free shipping, plus an Urban Decay lipstick sample pack, plus some Urban Decay makeup setting spray!! This store went above and beyond to make up for the mistake and I am so grateful for them! I will definitely be returning to shop there again and recommending them to all of my friends!

Let me paint a little picture for you. I had an amazing hairstylist from the ages of 19 to 24. I moved and it's been so hard for me to find a hairstylist who is just as good as my first one. Hitting the age of 35, I still had yet to find MY hairstylist. Now, don't get me wrong, I've had some good ones but I am so picky about my hair. When I talk about a good hairstylist, I'm looking for someone who does a great job, and I'm also looking for someone who comes up with some ideas off of the one that I come in with. What do they think is going to look great? I love to see how creative my hairstylist can get. After all, they are the artists. And on top of everything else, having a connection with your hairstylist. We all talk to our hairstylists like they're our friends/therapists. I cannot say enough great things about my hairstylist, Jason Witherbee, at Utla Salon. It took me 11 years to finally find my hairstylist. Jason's been doing my hair for a year and a half now and I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. Even during the pandemic and the salon was closed down, I didn't see anyone else. I didn't even attempt to do my own hair. And let me tell you, it was not looking cute. But when the lock down was done and Jason did my hair again, I felt brand new. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get their hair done. He is all around amazing! He's such a blessing!

I was at Ulta a few days ago grabbed some morphe setting spray and some Milani mascara. I went to check out and the cashier told me before scanning my items that the holiday version of the morphe spray was a couple bucks cheaper and basically the same thing. Another sales associate grabbed me the cheaper bottle and took the regular bottle back. I really appreciate that people there were helpful and got me a good deal.

My stylist Chrissy is awesome. She so full of energy and very attentive. She listens to her customers and offers great ideas and solutions. I love that it's so obvious that she lives what she does...

Took my daughter here today & the staff were super friendly & helpful. They answered her questions & helped her find what she was looking for. When they didn't carry one of the things, they explained how she could get it in a way she understood after seeing her disappointment (she's 6) kudos ladies!!!
