I have been a customer of Aaron's for years. I did business at the one that use to be up in Traverse City until I moved down to Bay City. I actually found this location to be a lot more impressive. They really know how to make their customers feel loyal. I have only been in the store a couple times and they remembered where I worked at. If they remember that than they must care about their customers

Fresh, new and trendy look after a remodel. The staff is friendly and there is a lot to choose from.

Our TV was damaged during our relocation and we needed a new one ASAP. After having a nearly week long, awful experience with the online store and customer service reps we were asked to come into the store to verify some information. Honestly, we expected to go in and leave frustrated, annoyed, and never doing business with this company again—we almost just called off our TV buying venture altogether. I’m so glad we decided to go into the store and give them a shot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very caring of our concerns with our previous experiences. They explained the “why” behind some of the issues we were having (this alone was more than five days, multiple calls—including being hung up on—and customer service ever did) and went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we would be taken care of to the best of their ability. We were able to leave the store within a more than reasonable time with a brand new TV being delivered the next day. Our TV was delivered and installed the next morning and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Aaron’s, for turning our experience around!

I have No problem with Aaron's at all. They are very upstanding when you really need help. They will try their best to make things happen on your behalf. I Appreciate the staff who I dealt with. This is my opinion and my experience I had with Aaron's. 💜😊👌

Got something as a gift. Was amazing n with short notice well have it delivered before Christmas. 5 stars isn't enough for your Saginaw team

Jim was very helpful not only when I called to see if they had the item I was wantin but even more helpful when I came into the store to sign the agreement and take home the item when I left. I would definitely recommend this place to others and especially ask for Jim at the Bay road location in Saginaw Michigan

Everyone is so nice and helpful Timmy installed my radio and I love it he did an awesome job u need a new car stereo or speakers I would go there first and I love my fridge I got from them as well

Great place great people sales personal very professional and they don't nagge you if you can't make the payment right on time just be Courtesy enough to call them and explain your issue and they will work it out with you. Over all 5 stars ⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦

Ok selection of items with 120 same as cash and no credit check. Good way to get a necessity if cash a d credit are an issue. Friendly sales staff

I've been with Arron's for 14 years my house has slot of there things I have gotten over the years. Next thing going to get next year will be a new stove after my couch is paid off next Aug.
