Fritz's Resort Campground

We have been coming to Fritz's for 3 years. It's a very quiet family friendly campground on a very clean lake Edna. The owners are so nice! My 8yr old loves talking to them while drinking rootbeer buying candy at the clubhouse. Highly recommend this campground!

Spent 2 nights late September in a motorhome. Do not park under an oak tree as many acorns dropped during the nights!! Unbelievably loud! Park very clean, and spaces of a nice size Can see their pride!

This was my 1st time at Fritz' & I spent 5 nights there, my site was very small with a deck with a picnic table over looking the lake.
The owners Richard & Jane are wonderful people & I enjoyed my chats with them. I love this place, I have already booked my stay there for next year.

Amazing friendly people! If you want to fish from the doc, go for a boat ride, go swimming or play arcade games in the lodge this place is perfect. No pets allowed was worth the quiet.

Great place for fishing and relaxing on lake Edna. The cabins are clean and well maintained. They are very reasonably priced as well. I would recommend staying here any time. The town of Nisswa is a very nice tourist town. Plenty of stores and activities.

Our week at Fritz's each year is one of the best the entire year !! The cabins are clean and accommodating - each having a picnic table and fire pit. The grounds are always immaculate and the beach is inviting and clean. Richard,Jane and Sheena are all fabulous and have always been nothing but hospitable and ready to make your stay with them the best possible - as do the guys that take care of the grounds. We have been going there for many years for all of these reasons and cannot thank them enough for our week each year we spend there.

The owners were so accommodating with a last minute stay. Cabin 1 was exceptionally clean and perfect for 2 adults. The view of lake was beautiful and just a short walk from the cabin. We rented a pontoon that was very reasonable, great fishing for Sunfish and Bass. Shopping and restaurants are within a mile with more options in Pequot Lake just 5 miles away. I highly recommend staying at Fritz's resort, we will return!

Great clean campground for a Sprinter van with a nice beach and very close to the Paul Bunyan Trail. Friendly staff and older but well maintained facilities.

Great campground. Really cool when I first showed up that they walked with me to the site and showed me rather than just circling my spot on a map and saying "thanks" like every other camp site Sites come with full hookup and cable, just have to ask for the box at the lodge. Love that they staff the lodge 12-13 hours a day depending on the day - Need ice, got it, need campfire wood, got it, kids (and Dad) loved the air hockey table, ping pong and video games in the lodge and just a neat place. Already booked our week next year.

This awesome family owned sliver of heaven is the right distance from everything. Don't blink though! You'll drive right past if not paying attention.

Beautiful area any time of the year. Resort is closed in the winter but the area has much to do all year round. We enjoy it very much and have been there many for years. Not alot of amenities but were not there to be entertained. Our family enjoys the lake, swimming, boating, jet skiing, fabulous shopping and dining out. We rent a site with a deck and have purchased our own trailer. Originally we camped with a popup camper on weekends.

We've tried it all and wish it could be open all year. Water is turned off October first but many places to stay in the winter with winter sports and scenary to enjoy. We just love it there. M

Fritz’s was the perfect spot for our 4 day getaway! The family knows the resort business and were accommodating and kind. Our site overlooked Lake Edna with a sandy swim beach just steps away. It’s located near the Paul Bunyan bike trail, shops and restaurants in Nisswa. Couldn’t have been better!!

I have been bringing my family here for over a decade. We wanted to have a place to create family memories. It has always come up as the highlight of each year with my kids, wife and me. I don't want to go anywhere else.

Fritz' s is an old style family resort. Clean, fun, good fishing, nice clean beach, friendly, accommodating family run resort. There is easy access to trails going both to Nisswa and Pequot Lakes. Fantastic sunsets.

Fritz's is a wonderful family friendly place. I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a camping weekend. Downtown Nisswa is a short bike ride down the trail and is a joy for family members of all ages. This place was a family favorite for multiple generations and the owners do a great job with upkeep. Its always clean.

The owners were great. Everyone was friendly. Being that it was before Memorial Day and it did rain, it was very quiet. Several of the seasonal folks walked by and they were all very friendly. Just a much needed pleasant and relaxing weekend.
