DXL Big + Tall

I don't know that I have customer service like I had today. Rachel was incredibly helpful, insightful, and super friendly. She walked me through the whole process with ease. I need a second opinion on things, she was great to offer thoughts there too. The store is so sharp, crisp, and clean. Can't recommend this place enough for us stocky fellas.

Jennifer was extremely helpful. While working with me and my step-dad, the store suddenly got very busy, but despite helping several customers at a time, she maintained an upbeat attitude, and always kept up with us and helping find the proper sizes / styles.

While visiting from out of state, I had planned to buy a sport coat for a family wedding. But a lost suitcase meant that I needed to also buy shirts, pants, and a tie! David waited on me and got me set up in business like a real pro; and Jen made great assists with selection of colors -- especially with the tie. I normally dislike clothes shopping because I'm so very hard to fit; but they turned a chore into something that felt like a fun adventure. I was a very satisfied customer!

I stopped out to pick up my first suit. I had no idea what I was looking for and was nervous. David greeted me and asked what I needed help with. He took the time to show me different options and to help me purchase my first suit. The amount of time he spent helping me out and answering all of my questions was amazing. I really appreciate everything that he did for me and I will definitely be coming back to this DXL location in the future. You have a new customer for life.

all was cool on the service, they greet you, and finally they are not over bearing , looking all down your neck, its just a pleasant hello, / hi, need any help let them know, the not behing you every where you turn , they let you shop. and they also let me know whats new in store, , and if your a repeat costumer and they know your face, they suggest what you like and use to that may be new in the store. ( always a plus). I'll be back

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm inexperienced when it comes to dressing guys and shopping with them. They made the experience better for both of us. We spent more than we anticipated, but it was worth every penny! We're both happy and excited for him to wear his new stuff!

Excellent service. Both attendants worked to find a nice fitting suit for me. My wife mentioned the color of her dress and they coordinated matching ties to choose from. They took measurements and we're able to get me a great jacket, pants, and shirt on the first try. I'm short and bigger so this store is excellent to find stuff that actually fits well.

The ladies helped to find and order the correct size for me when I stopped in after I got out of work. I had 2 pair of jeans delivered to the store and got the email that they were in about a week later. Picking them up was quite hassle free also. BIG THANKS!!!!!, to the ladies that were on that day.

Staff always wait on you to help pick the right size and type of clothes that fits you the way they should .

If I could give these folks a 10 star rating I would. I called their competition to look for a suit coat. Was told to go online and find it. Because she would have had to go look through all the jackets to find one. I was driving an hour away.
I called DXL. They were not only willing to find what I needed they pulled them off the floor for me. Also made plans for me if a situation came up and I couldn't make it on time. David and his Co worker ( I am sorry I don't recall her name) are what SERVICE and customer relations is all about. I will be going back no question about it.

I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I told the sales clerk what I wanted and she promptly got it for me, checked me out, and was very kind and wished me a good day and to come back again. We have always been well taken care of by this clerk.

Just got myself set up with a new professional outfit. Dave helped me pick out a nice set. They have a great selection and the customer service is on point!

We shopped at JC Penny, Macy’s, and all over the mall. My husband is an in-between size so it tends to be a bit difficult shopping for clothes for him! Then I remembered the big and tall store! I called to see what time they were open till as I was standing in the mall, and said be there in 10 mins! Tracy was extremely helpful, polite and understanding! She started by explaining how they do business, with measuring, keeping sizes on file, etc. We found exactly what we were looking for and more! I feel like we found a honey hole! We will be back for sure!! Keep up the good work Tracy, great. Ya timer service! You rock!!

Jerry helped me put together something to wear for an outdoor wedding. He was great, and really helped my wife and I pick out some great looking clothes. If I lived closer I'd be a regular! Thanks again Jerry.

A bit pricey but for a big guy like me it is a pleasure to find clothes that actually fit. They have good reward offers as well. Friendly and knowledgeable people to help.

Love the selection. If I need something in a hurry always has it ready to go.
