My parents and I all came into the store and worked with Parks, the store manager, on transferring devices to new plans and buying a new phone. He was super helpful and even stayed late to make sure we left with everything done. We would absolutely work with him again, he was quick, helpful and funny which helped make the process much easier.

Sam and Parks were so awesome and helpful! We always prefer the Verizon store at Jefferson And Wackerly. They have always been the most helpful and most useful!

Shawn was absolutely amazing, I came in knowing I need a new phone because my current one just shut off for no reason and being that I need it for work I needed something ASAP. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and got me on my way in an hour. The best part is my new phone was setup identically to my old phone. Great experience, highly recommend.

I came into the store looking to replace a old phone giving me headaches. Awesome customer service by Aaron and Sam went above and beyond to help me find the perfect phone for my needs. The phone I wanted was not in stock, however Aaron was able to order it and it will be available in a couple of days. All of my paperwork and plan options were gone over to make sure I understood everything I was purchasing, all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this store.

Nathan Parks was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with everything. He made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend going to this Verizon store. We will visit this store from now on.

Parks was phenomenal. Helped me buy a replacement iPad for the one that was stolen and add the apps and full backup to restore what was lost. He explained the breakdown of the plan and payments so I could understand. Very helpful. Will be back for future purchases.

Aaron has been extremely helpful. I have been in multiple times and goes above and beyond to help. Always pleasant and curteous and friendly.
