This place is always great to work with. The staff has always been amazing. They are friendly and fast from purchasing to helping load up. I highly recommend them.

Got a quote emailed to me by Jamie. When I went in to the store to place my order for delivery I found out that Jamie had made a miscalculation in his quote. The quote he gave me was significantly cheaper than the price I was given in the store. Upon hearing about this mistake, Jamie honored his original quote, giving me the original discounted price.

I have always had a good experience at Big L Lumber. I have bought wood, trim, and other materials and always been happy with the quality of the products. I built a bed frame and head board with some 2x6 planks and it turned out great, I also bought some similar wood from another big box store and the experience was not the same, they were not helpful and the wood was junk. I’ll choose Big L any day over the big box stores!

Big L and salesman James have been a huge help to me in all sorts of home DIY projects- from a houseful of new windows to a kitchen renovation, the estimates have been accurate and prices competitive. If they don’t stock something, they can order it. I’ll definitely keep shopping here!

On November 6th 2019 i made a trip needing just a few pieces of pine lumber for a project. Not being from here but this being my home town now I was very pleased to have a gentleman help me pick out some pine. He wasn’t concerned about making me pay the most money he was focused on getting me the proper supplies for my project! I greatly appreciate this mans help more then I could probably say! We need more people like him working in retail places! Thank You and I will be back!

We don't have a truck, but they cut the lumber for us so it fit in the car. Great service!

This is a nice small home town lumber yard. They don’t carry everything hardware related but they usually always have a great lumber and plywood selection.
