I worked with Michelle at Midland Furniture Garage to design a new living room layout, and furniture selection for there and dining room. The process was really smooth, she left us with plenty of samples to make decisions on colors and finishes. She was very responsive to my questions and kept me updated through the ordering process. We’ll certainly work with them again for future design and upgrades.

Midland Furniture Garage is my favorite furniture store. They carry the more unique and high quality brands like the Norwegian brand, Stressless. Michelle is knowledgable and great to work with. She kept me informed throughout my purchase and delivery experience. Outstanding customer service, a pleasant in-store shopping experience, and the delivery men were friendly, thorough, and conscientious.

Jan and Don were an absolute pleasure to work with! Any question I asked were not only answered, they also brought out physical options that I could see, and touch so I really had a better sense of what different pieces would look like in my space! They were friendly and I am really looking forward to my furniture lasting forever!

We had a great experience when we recently purchased our sectional sofa from Midland Furniture Garage. When we first stopped by the store to look at furniture, Amy, our sales associate, was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the different types of sectionals that were available and helped us choose one that was the right size, style, and fabric for our room. When the furniture was delivered, she stopped by to help with placement and to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. When we need furniture in the future, we will definitely go back to Midland Furniture Garage.

Great buying experience, very nice to work with knowledgeable folks. The delivery time was a bit long though, as it took months to get the price of furniture, but I assume that's mostly due to the manufacturer.

Honestly, I love the unique pieces in this furniture store. I've acquired lamps, sofa tables, an entertainment piece, and now a dining table. Michelle takes interest in her clients and understands my taste ... which is rustic/modern. The service is outstanding and the warmth in the store is very evident. After visiting several furniture stores in the tri-city area and not finding what we were looking for, we were told to stop in Midland Furniture Garage by a friend. When we arrived, we were not disappointed-beautiful pieces and a very friendly staff. Amy worked with us to find the perfect set of furniture for our oddly shaped living area, suggested some beautiful options for leather, and we had our custom furniture delivered in 2 months. The service did not stop once the furniture was ordered, we emailed back and forth about layouts, delivery schedules, and design. I truly appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. The drive from Birch Run was completely worth it and we will be going back!
