Love this new store! So much bigger!

I went here a few weeks ago to buy some candles during a sale. Despite all the other customers, a staff member was able to help me with my purchase. The cashiers were polite and helpful. They had a wide selection of products besides candles as well. I recommend going during a sale to maximize the value.

The people working here are always so friendly.

I went here on black Friday and the customer service representative went above and beyond. She separated my items to save me money and allowed me to use all of my coupons. Shout out to Bath and body works for working for their customers to make shopping a delightful experience!!

Ever thought to yourself, "I wish I had a headache"? Simply grab your wife or girlfriend and take them in for a candle sniffing frat party. As a bonus your significant other will leave all the happier. 10/10, would shop again.

Was actually their to replace a plug-in, that got destroyed during shipping! Which took much longer than expected. FYI when u order on line, they pack it as much as they can with little padding, not that big a deal unless u order glass!!
Like the aromatherapy and plug in holders and scent refills. But always nice and willing to help

Best Bath and Body Works. I have never had a bad experience at the Saginaw store. The girls are soo nice and do everything possible to help. Greet everyone and inform you of all specials. Love Love Love this palace!!

The girl working the front door today Sunday 8/15 i think her name was Alexis g was probably the sweetest employee i have ever met in a store. She made my day and probably everyone else’s who walked in as well.

I went in for something specific, but they didn't have it. The young lady working there took the time out to escort me around until she found me something I did like! I left there a very happy shopper! Great place, wonderful experience!

I like to go there to get my free shower jel, though i have to say the store in Mt. Pleasant Mi. Need to clean their windows they are really dirty!! You can hardly see out🙄
