I had a great experience with Carters.
Danny was easy to work with and straight forward with what he thought should be done and what did not need to be repaired/replaced. I took his suggestion and was able to schedule next day. He completed the work in the amount of time he estimated and with no mess. His work is very neat and I would request to work with him again in the future!

I wanted a battery backup system for my sump pump & needed a new water storage tank for my well. Matt was our technician & was very professional & friendly. He explained all my options & answered my questions in terms I could understand. The installation was very neat & well organized. He left the area cleaner then when he started. It actually made that area of the basement look way better then it was before the work. After the installation Matt explained the operation of all the installed equipment in a matter I could easily understand. I highly recommend Carter's Plumbing of Clarkston & if you can get Matt.

I had a great experience with Carter’s Plumbing. The service technician Jordan was quick to come out and figure out the issue quickly, and set up the necessary steps to get the issues resolved. It ended up being a 2 day job and Jordan arrived at the scheduled time the next day. Jordan was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and answered all of my questions.

I would recommend this company and Jordan specifically. I am thankful for the service!

Tyler with Carter’s Plumbing did an excellent job fixing the leak under my sink. He came out the next day after I called. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had several questions because my husband passed away recently and I didn’t know anything about the plumbing in my house. He took the time to show me where the valves and more were and how to turn things on and off. I am so happy to find a good and dependable plumbing company. I will definitely use them again.

Our garbage disposal quit & the faucet was leaking. I didn't know who to contact to & googled "Excellent Plumbers near me." Carter's Plumbing was the 1st on the list & after reading their numerous great reviews, I called. To my surprise, an appointment was available the next morning.

A small project turned into a bigger problem quickly!! It was later in the Evening. I found Carters Plumbing online, it had the options & reviews I was looking for. And they did an Excellent job! From the first call I made to Emily in the office, to Mason showing up promptly to take care of the problem!! This company has it together! For being able to handle such a late call, & to get the job done in a few hours!! Start to finish! Mason was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly!! He completed the work efficiently! Tyler was phenomenal. Super friendly and knowledgeable and even talked with my landlord to explain all he was going to do in great detail. His plan worked and our toilet is fixed and I'm a happy camper. He was fast too!

Water from the toilet tank was draining onto the floor from a crack at the bottom. Carters Plumbing sent a service technician the same day. Mason resolved the problem quickly. Was very professional and knowledgeable at his craft. Office support keeps you updated regarding the arrival of the technician. Very good company throughout. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Dave was professional and kind. He helped me with a large project and was incredibly knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He explained everything he was doing to make sure I understood. Jordan came out to Rebekah's Health and Nutrition Source in Clarkston today to find out what was leaking in the bathroom. He was able to locate the burst pipe behind the wall, opened up the wall with minimal damage, repaired the leak, and cleaned up the mess afterward. He was quick, thorough, polite, and easy to work with. They did an outstanding job.

Sean was such a pleasant young man and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and why. Extremely clean, brought shoe covers and drop cloths for the floor and shower floor. I would recommend Sean at Carter's Plumbing.

I like the customer service aspect, where they give you the name of the person showing up and also a call before they come, and also a text for seeing how far they are from your home. The repair man was very knowledgeable on what he needed to do and about other things that could help and other services that they have to consider. I also Appreciate how he listened and everything that was installed under the kitchen sink was nice and organized.
