I went in to return some items to Amazon. Delilah at the shipping counter was SO helpful, nice and patient with me. Ellie in the print department was also so friendly and happy to answer my questions. The cashier at the front was amazing too! Hands down some of the best customer service, I will definitely be back in the future!!

I have to say the staff at Staples in New Baltimore were so kind and patient with me. Elli and Dawn are true professionals. My business cards are perfect . Staples experienced technical glitches outside of their control but we prevailed.

I do love the human interaction that comes with supporting brick and mortar businesses.

What an amazing staff. I was looking for computer furniture and Jared literally was there within minutes to help. Wasn’t afraid to ask questions and go to check stock for me. As well as assisting me with cash out/ and loading into my truck. He provided excellent customer service

Went in to get a school project printed since I ran out of ink at home. The associate ( I didn't catch her name) was EXTREMELY helpful!! I was having problems with my print and she came over to assist me. She figured it out and didn't charge me for the mistake ones only the ones that came out right. Will for sure go back if I need anything else done like that. Great customer service!!!

I drove out to the chesterfield location because they happen to have what I needed , my order was ready and the customer service was top notch, super friendly and knowledgeable . The store was stocked and neat !

My experience was pretty good. The store itself looked pretty nice. Very easy to navigate. There was a very good selection when it comes with the products available. Checkout went very smoothly.

Your typical Staples store, however the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Computer selection is decent, often many nice models on clearance too.

Dawn is the best! Way better than dealing with the manager. I print out a lot of things and she is always most helpful.
