Hands down the Best place to get your PC repaired! This business deserves 100 stars across the board! Dustin is super nice, knows everything about computers, has a great personality and his prices can’t be beat! He is a straight shooter and does not try to sell or overcharge you like all the other PC stores. I’m working in Monroe with my job and being a visitor from out of town, Dustin treated me like family and my whole experience was top of the line from start to finish! You will be making a big mistake if you take your PC anywhere else!

Dustin at PC doctor was extremely helpful in getting my PC back running. He was able to diagnose and fix an issue with my gaming PC in less than 2 hours that I was unable to fix in nearly a full day. He even cleaned up my PC and had it looking nearly brand new! Not to mention I thought his prices were more than fair! I will go back here for all my PC needs!

This place is great. Came in to buy a new PC (The iBuyPower Trace5MR 177i) and it was marked down quite a bit because, unlike stores like Best Buy or whatever, it's marked down because the arbitrary price usually slapped on pre-built PCs are too high and he priced it based on the actual parts inside, which was great. Brought it home and PC was also a fresh install of Windows 10 so all the pre-built PC bloatware was gone, also great. Also got a nice monitor from here as well.
Fired it up, both worked like a charm. However, only once, the PC just shut itself down after gaming on max settings for 2 straight hours. Thought this was odd, told the owner and he told me that if it happens again then they'll take a look at it. (Later this was brought up again outta curiosity, and was told that if it *does* happen again it may be temp-related, so they'd swap out the liquid cooler for "something better" if needed, which is great.)
I wanted to have some more RAM and a new hard drive installed into this PC as well, so talked to the owner about that and he ordered them for me and they got here in just a matter of days. Brought it back in and the parts were installed at no extra charge. I'm tellin' ya, this place does it right. The owner's great and helpful, it's a local joint, if you've got issues they'll remedy 'em, if you've got parts they'll install 'em right on the spot... This place is just about everything you could want out of a computer joint.
The only "criticism" I can think to give is the inventory is a little lacking in some regards (not having many of certain items or not having particular items in stock period), but if you ever *do* need certain items it seems they can just order them for you on-the-spot or just wait for them to eventually come in as it seems they're always trying to stock up with new stuff. It's really nice to have a really good computer place close to home. :)

Awesome to have a place like this local! I hope they stay anyone in Monroe area needing anything from phone repair to car audio to PC parts this place has it! They also have some prebuilt gaming PC that the prices can't be beat. I would highly recommend checking out this store before driving 30 minutes to bestbuy or another mall. Could save you gas and money.

amazing family running this business, had a very technical issue happen with my pc that I couldn't figure out. even with the cities power going out for days they still made sure to keep me updated and kept working hard to get it done. I really recommend them for any pc issue you cant figure out. Not only are you supporting a local business, but you also are getting some of the best service you can find at a pc store. Will be going to them anytime I have an issue. They are also very affordable and fair on there pricing.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this business, we bought an easy track system from them they were selling and this family run business was so very nice and could not be happier on the items and price they sold us. Please go to them for your needs.

Do you repair not just game consoles computers but I have stereo with a tape deck tape cassette does not work I bought it at yard sale for 10.00 dollars look like it made late 1980s early 90s has a cd player am fm tuner they all work not tape deck I have big tall speakers they pull in old fashion way with wires you split if you can fix how much would it cost
