Fred's Pharmacy

I like how you can easily get prescriptions refilled after hours by calling it in. Text messages to let you know that prescription is ready. Somehow one of the pharmacists remembered I have issues with low blood pressure when standing and told me to be cautious on a new medication I was trying. Great memory. There's a drive thru as well. The workers care and work hard. I appreciate them so much!

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly!! They do wonderfully working with doctors and insurance to get prescriptions ready. The remodeled layout is super nice and great flow, one counter to drop off and one for pick up makes it fast in and out. Highly recommend Fred's!

I highly recommend Fred’s pharmacy in Vicksburg!! I have used this pharmacy ever since I was a little girl and now I use it for my children as well. I’m always greeted with a smile, and everyone is always so happy to help me. Fred’s is so convenient and always has everything I need. Thank you Fred’s for being so good to my family and I!!! Fred’s provides a level of care for each patient that goes above and beyond expected standards. Not only do they care for your meds, they also care about you as a person. A big part is communication. If you express any concerns/issues in a respectful manner they will try their hardest to work with you in order to find a resolution. I’ve been spoiled to their level of care that when I have had to go elsewhere, I’m reminded why I use them in the first place.

I simply cannot say enough good about Freds, and everyone that works there. Usually I deal with Tiffany, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty with me. Always delightful too......and just so you know, I am a very difficult case. But not once has she expressed that to me; and always smiles. I appreciate her in all ways. But,there have been times where I had to talk to someone else, and they were just as pleasant. Twice I did not have my copay, and 'someone' loaned me the money to get my prescriptions, one was for my heart and needed badly. And yes, I paid them back when I got my check. Really, this is one reason I stay here in vicksburg, as I know if I went to a larger city would not get such personal and kind service.

As a retired dentist, my wife and I are thankful to live near Fred’s Pharmacy, and the Pharmacy manager Elaine, along with her entire staff, have always treated us kindly and professionally.

Elaine is one of the best pharmacists I know. She is aware of her clients medications and shares information about side effects and interactions. I have used Fred's pharmacy for 15 years and will never use a chain pharmacy again.
