Mini-Maxi Coin Wash-Dry Cleaners

I have been going to this laundry mat for years so has my boyfriend and his family. There is one person that works there she is very rude and doesn't smile hardly not friendly at all. There are 2 other workers that either makes you smile or just has a great conversation with you. Makes you feel welcome. The 2 nice workers always has that place spotless and always wiping down the machines, sweeping, clean bathrooms. I will go here the rest of the time as long as there is friendly people and it's always well kept up.

I haven't been to a laundromat in 15 years, wasn’t sure which one to choose in Jackson. Our washer broke a few weeks ago and my husband has been going to this place (after seeing the other ones in town were more expensive). It was my turn to go yesterday and what impressed me the most about this place was the customer service. I went with my 3 year old daughter and when I was walking in the worker ran out to get the doors for me while I was carrying in my baskets. She was literally cleaning the entire time I was there. Extensively cleaning. My husband told me the best deal is to use the big washers in the back and the big dryers. I used to work at a laundromat in another town and they used cards for their machines so I was a little overwhelmed by putting in 35 quarters to do the big stuff. lol. However, the worker (girl) was so helpful with whatever I needed. Before I even asked a question she was sensing I needed something and came to me to help. She even put quarters in one of my machines for me, quickly got me change ect. She opened the doors for us as we left. I was extremely impressed. Very lucky to have that kind of worker. I told my husband and he said that he had the same experience with the guys that work there too on 2 different occasions. Really impressed by the customer service.

The newer girl who works mornings I think Greta is her name, is absolutely lovely, always smiling and very helpful. Beautiful customer service & very attentive. I had an issue with one of the machines eating my money and not working properly and she was very understanding and helped solve the issue.

10 out of 10 this is a nice place to go wash clothes way better than the laundry Mat at by Polly's. So yeah, come here😀

Terry was the best. Will never goto another dry cleaner again.

Been coming here for about 3 years now dryers work well never to crowded the attendance working good nature joke with customers

Absolutely love this laundromat the afternoon lady rocks!! She is on it if a washer or dryer breaks and very quick to refund the money if its broke. Plus keeps the place very clean!!! Do my laundry there every week!

The machines work so excellent! Always takes every stain out. These machines are old-fashioned, but they work great. You have a snack and soda vending machine if you get hungry. They have a small restroom as well.

It's really clean and the machines are fast af. I was in and out in about an hour with 3 HUGE loads of laundry

Best place in jackson to get your laundry done. Always clean and the guy who works on Wednesdays is always cleaning and very friendly. Been there on sunday and that lady is never working always chatting it up and rude.

Best place to go because other places have a lot of machines down. The owner is really nice.

The dryers are hot and the washers don't skimp on the water unlike the other two in town....the place is always clean and rarely do you see anything out of service.....and they have an old school Pacman game...!!

It's not quite suds-z because I believe they are the best, but this is definitely the second best laundromat in town

Very nice ..HAD TO FIND NEW PLACE OLD ONE CLOSED. WENT TO 2 OTHERS NOT GOOD... THEN I CAME HERE. A GREAT SPOT. NEW EQUIPMENT. VERY CLEAN HOT DRYERS. VERY NICE THIS IS MY NEW SPOT FOR THIS WORK OF LAUNDRY ..DOING YOU WILL BE HAPPY AS YOU CAN BE .....DOING .. THE WASH 😃
