Pleasantly surprised after a brunch experience I had here a few weeks ago. I didn’t know they offered brunch, but was nearby one day and decided to pop in for a beer. Not only was the food way better than I expected from a local party bar (I got the full frenchie breakfast), but the service was next level! Our waitress’ name was Sam and she was a hoot. She took our experience to the next level. She was so kind, funny and super attentive. The evening vibe isn’t really my scene, but I’ll definitely be back for brunch and hopefully will have Sam again as my waitress!

Out late? Don’t want to go sit in a drive through at White Castle or Taco Bell or wackdonalds? Look no further …the kitchen is open till 2 AM every single day. The food is always fresh, and prepared by a team of skilled individuals who know their way around a kitchen….try it out for yourself and see why they are the best in the hospitality game, go ahead and treat yourself. You deserve it

We've been here the last 2 weeks for dinner and karaoke on Thursday. Also stopped in a couple other times on a Saturday and we've had nothing but a great experience every time. Blbs has an outstanding team of friendly staff who make every visit a positive experience.

I've been here many times before but have moved out of the downriver area about 10 years afo. I stopped by after a work event, and pleased to see that this place aged like a fine wine over time. Props to the owners to keep mindset of continuous improvement and trying new things with the menu, layout and drink options!

My whole team enjoyed their lunch. The food was fresh, tasted great and quick to the table. The server was prompt and made sure we had quick service but was not trying to rush us out the door.

It was a great experience and although I don't live in the area, I will continue to come back to try more food and drinks.

This is our go-to for the best local bar food. Food is always amazing. Waitresses are always polite, cozy atmosphere. And I love you can leave behind a dollar written on for memories to go back and find the next time you visit.

Let me start by saying I coulda/woulda/shoulda reviewed this place years ago, as it was the bar nearest my residence for a number of years. This bar wins "Best of" awards annually because it IS the total package. Few places can rival the vibe, atmosphere, and food quality that has become the standard for BLB's.

This review was prompted by the debut of their Sunday Brunch. You'll find many items that you find on any Brunch menu, but BLB's just do more with it, in the best of ways.

I started with the most ubiquitous of Brunch drinks; a Bloody Mary and a Mimosa variant.

What sets their Mary apart is a choice of heat levels directly coordinating with the Hot Ones wing sauces. I had #3, fermented kimchi, and it was so good! A great balance of flavor and heat!

The Mimosa variant I tried was a "Trailer Park Mimosa" pairing the champagne of beers, Miller High Life, with OJ. Might sound crazy, but it was very good!

The citrusy Trailer Park Mimosa perfectly complimented the Lemon Ricotta Fritters appetizer. These things were fantastic! Perfectly round and fried, they were like giant donut holes that were just sweet enough and served with a berry dipping sauce that made it an app I'll order again and again!

I ordered the Full Frenchie Breakfast for my entree. Two eggs cooked to order, hash brown patties that are reminiscent of McD's back when that place still cared about making food taste good, choice of bacon or sausage, and four thick cut French toast triangles with syrup. All of it was executed perfectly.

Then it was on to the boozy coffee drink known as "I creamed my coconut!" Coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee, coconut rum, cream, coconut whipped cream, and garnished with toasted coconut flakes! It was amazing and I'd go back just for that!

Last but not least, our server Kendyle was great! She was busy but still attentive. Everything ordered was accurate, brought out promptly, and delivered with a smile and/or a nice comment as she did.

This was an amazing experience, and I will absolutely be back for another round soon! If you're like me, you've been highly disappointed by the quality of food and service in many restaurants and bars since March of 2020, but BLB's is absolutely nailing it. Do yourself a favor; if anything I've listed sounds good to you, go check it out for yourself!

It's a nice fun bar. Rhe food is great, especially the quesadilla with Cajun chicken. Servers behind the bar always remember us and treat us so well

This country boy can only eat vegan due to a health condition and they have a great vegan menu! Love the atmosphere, haven’t checked the bathrooms the Long Island ice tea is fantastic! I’m a pool player I sat this day out. They have tv screens all over the place! First time here my kind of environment.

The food here is amazing, and beats all the bars down the erorse rd strip hands down. The staff were great and the selection of beer is always updated. I've been up here for St.. Patrick's day and the only thing that they need to do is make the place bigger. I'd knock the wall down and use the whole building. It would free up space for the dance floor and they could have a bigger cooking space added instead of that small broom closet for the cook.

BLBs is always a good decision. The atmosphere is upbeat but chill at the same time. Great options for drinks if you’re not the beer and shot kinda person (they have that too). Food is always on point. Service is always attentive. They always have some fun and creative event planned. Keep up the great work!

The burger was awesoagain. Was nice and juicy. Varies were cooked to crispy how I like them. Would go back again.

Went today for the brunch menu. Food was outstanding and the service from Brittany was amazing. Highly recommend you check it out.

Love love blbs, great food, great people, I only give a 4 star for atmosphere because sometimes that music is just wayyy too loud during the day time. Love having the music play, but maybe have it not as loud during the lunch hours. Other than that I really have nothing negative at all to say. I absolutely love every time I go.

It is a very good place to go. I've been there once so far, but the bartender is extremely nice and cool. She stays on top of keeping everyone satisfied as far as food and drinks. We had probably 15 people, and she managed to have conversations with everyone, including the other customers, making everyone feel welcome. There's tvs around the bar with a projector on the big wall and music along with a pool table. I only had the breakfast quesadilla it is very good. I would recommend it. The only thing that is not 5 star is the men's bathroom. However, it is a bar, so it is expected.

Service was slowwwww but it was AYCE wing day, so may have contributed. Wings were delish, good fries, music bingo was fun!

We are newer to the down river area and this is the BEST bar/restaurant we go to. The service is excellent for starters. They always have the bar so nicely decorated as well. They do so many fun events - taco Tuesdays is one of our favorites. We are huge lions fans and game days are a blast here. Plus, they have such great deals on beer/drinks and food. We especially love the pepper Jack bites! Still working our way on trying the rest of the menu….but haven’t had anything we hadn’t liked yet. This place provides a welcoming, small town feel. You can tell the team cares about its customers! Highly recommend!

Have been going here since like 2015, it's my home bar to go out to when I get the chance. It's such a chill place and all the staff is amazing!!! Food is really good too
