Great customer service abs very fast! Thank you!

We moved from the Alma area to Barryton in May of 2017 and soon realized it was a big pain to run to Alma Meijer to pick up my 12+ prescriptions. I have stage 3 COPD and when I approached Remus Pharmacy about transferring my prescriptions from Meijer to them they said not a problem and they did everything for me, I didn't have to contact Meijer at all. Once a month I FAX in my list of prescriptions I needed refilling and let them know when my husband will be in to pick them up. It has all worked out for us very nicely and everyone in the Pharmacy has been very nice and friendly to both of us. It's a welcome change from Meijer where I'm just a number.

I left Walgreens, since they decided to take their HQ to Switzerland, so they can avert paying taxes in this country!! Bye, bye Walmart! Remus pharmacy has great "personal" service. Very helpful, and I know they are paying their taxes!!

The employees are helpful & friendly and prescriptions are ready pretty quickly - I've always been happy with the service I've received there🙂

They were rude to my daughter and I when I stopped in to pick up a prescription and never gave me a courtesy call to let me know that there was an issue billing my insurance before I drove the extra 15 miles for no prescription. I will never go there again. I miss the people who used to own and run the store 15 years ago! They cared and were nice.

If I could rate 0 stars I sure would! These people are so rude to their customers it's ridiculous! I stopped using this pharmacy for at very reason....until I was supper sick and didn't want to make a extra 10 min drive. I stopped into grab my perscriptions the lady laughed and told me it would be 30 mins so if I had other shopping in town to do so. I told her I'm really sick I'd rather not just wait could I transfer my perscriptions? She gets all upset well you can wait in your car she tells me and I can bring them to you? I told her it's okay l I'd rather not I can get everything at one location at CVS instead of waiting and stopping at 3 different stores. I called CVS to transfer my perscriptions. I'm currently waiting for Remus to fax a paper to them it's been an hour now. I'll never go back. They need to pull their heads out of their butts there we don't need them for business, they need us!

Stay away from this pharmacy. there staff is not helpful, they do not listen. i would rather drive the extra 20 miles to a pharmacy in the big chain stores. it blows my mind that service from a chain store is better than a small town store.

I went in there this morning, deathly sick... Mind you if I would have lived close enough to Meijer I would have went there in the middle of the night, because I could not breathe! Instead, try to support my local businesses, waited till 9am when they opened to go in, first customer waiting outside for them to open. And yes I am more than happy to have ALL my prescriptions filled there (and I have) and I try to use this local pharmacy more so than anyone else! I am more than certain I have the worse case of allergies and sinus pressure ever, I refuse to believe I am sick even though bronchitis was easier to deal with. Show up and because my ID does not state I live in Canadian Lakes at first they refused to sell me Seudafed, because I do not live in the local Remus trailer park. Mind you I am not 80 years old either. Once I finally got them to realize I am not some freak meth head and I am just really that sick they became nice and helped me out. My contention is that I am sick in tired of being treated as a meth addict because I am young and ACTUALLY HAVE SINUS ISSUES!!!! At this point I feel as though I am being forced to spend thousands on a real doctor to get my sinuses cleared so that I am not pinned as a meth head. Sorry I am a highly educated individual, in fact I am an attorney who has actively convicted meth heads!!! I understand they have the State placing demands on them to insure they are not selling to drug addicts but there is absolutely NO reason that you should determine that someone is a meth addict from the moment they walk through the door... I have never been to a pharmacy that treated me so horribly because I wanted to buy Seudafed, and at this point I am more than happy to waist the time and gas money to drive the 30 miles to Big Rapids and be treated like an everyday individual.
