One of my favorite places in the mall. The dogs are amazing and well taken care of. The staff is friendly. Best stress relief ever.

Got two of my dogs from here, and both of them are awesome, very well behaved, and love them both to death.

An exceptional place. Well cared for animals and a knowledgeable staff that all feel very passionate about findi g their dogs the perfect family. There are many breeds to choose from and fair deals and specials certain times of year. Their puppy plan really includes all of the things you need to be a responsible pet owner, as well as your dogs nutrition(Life's Abundance dog food is seriously AMAZING FOR YOUR DOG), lineage and breed based health as well. Not to mention the vet visits, training, Orthopedic foundation for Animals screening, the life time guarantee against hepatitis, parvo and distemper, the month of free pet insurance, and even more than that truly make it a worthwhile investment that you won't regret for your pet, or your wallet! I say this because, you are investing in the garuntee that your pet will not fall victim to health and breed related problems caused by irresponsible breeding and not knowing where the dogs lineage comes from. This inevitably leads to get bills later in the dogs life as well as suffering if the issue becomes fatal or out of budget.

I purchased a sweet little.lady from there yesterday, as for the store.it.was clean, the cages were.clean. the puppy's were all clean and jumping around playing and so on. None of them looked under weight.to me and all were happy. The staff was great answered lots of questions and offered lots of advice, some of these reviews seem like lies to me by someone who just is not happy in life and likes to complain. I'm on my second day with our little Gracie and she is so.sweet. at first she was shy but this morning she woke me up.with a few.little barks, I think she was ready to be heard today, yesterday she.was very quiet.

We got a puppy at this location back in November. We LOVE our little girl and she is perfect for our family. The store was super busy when we were there and we didn’t feel that the employee who helped us was as friendly as we would have liked. Upon filling out a survey that was sent to us after our purchase, I received a call within 24 hours from a delightful woman named Becky who asked for the details of our experience. She was very apologetic and took every step possible to make things right with us. I understand that people have bad days and respect and appreciate the fact that Becky reached out to us in order to give us a more favorable impression of this store and company. Because of this, I would recommend The Family Puppy to others looking for a new fur baby.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Stopped in just to look at the cute puppies while I was bumming the mall. They totally let me meet and play with two of the cutest lil pups, even though I was obviously not there to buy that day, and didn’t hide that! Also, loved learning about their breeders and breeding practices as, although I’m not against buying pure breeds when you are looking for certain temperaments and such, I am very much against unesponsible and inhumane breeding practices and puppy mills, which the employees helped make very clear that they do not work with them! Only local and responsible breeders that are their own for their store, from what I was told! So yeah! If you’re in the market for an adorable addition to the family, and rescuing isn’t the best option for your family for whatever reason, I would HIGHLY suggest that you come give them a visit!

Puppies range from $800 to $4800. But everyone has their own budget. Most of the available dogs can be played with. They have blue and pink labels to indicate boy and girl dogs on the showcase glass.

Staff consisted of one person during the time I went, who was knowledgeable and knew how to find an answer if she didnt know something.

We came in 3 different times hesitant to make the plunge on our first puppy. Staff was beyond accommodating and helped us at every step of the way!

We were just passing by and got pleasantly surprised by a pet store. With the cutest puppies. They just wanted to play. The staff was lovely and super helpful and all for just letting you play with the pups.

I fell in love w this one puppy during a visit to Family Puppy, where we regularly donate shredded paper from my workplace. We went back the next day and told them he was going home w us. LOVE this little guy!

As for the store, besides them having this t'riffic puppy, they hire caring staff and those I've met are pet lovers and treat the pups well and have been helpful in answering any questions I've had. They also stand behind their sales and I'm taking our pup to the vet who serviced the store. Family Puppy has paid for some of the services, such as stool sample tests, and an upcoming hernia operation. A big shout-out for Dr Pierson and Pierson Pet Hospital of Davison MI as well!

Great experience! Yes, the puppies are pricey, but the staff was terrific and so helpful. Made us feel like we were important and never made our new puppy family feel stupid for asking questions.

Knowledgeable staff! Knew what was up and coming. Very happy and you could tell they lived their job. Answered all of my questions even after letting them know I had just started my puppy search.

Took my daughter into the Family Puppy, and absolutely loved it! The staff knew what they were talking about, and their breeds. I love seeing the happy faces of the children when they see the puppy!
