I purchased 2 life insurance policies. Bryanne was my customer service representative at Farm Bureau. She was polite, thorough and answered all of my questions (even the silly ones). We spoke over the phone, she came to my home with printed materials for me to reveiew, then I came to the office and met with her and Jessica for the signing part and both were friendly and professional. I will work with them again in the future if I ever need anything.

I have recently had many questions about insurance coverage, snow storms, and possible damage. Life Insurance, due to preparations for my husband’s upcoming retirement. Bryanne Teel has been absolutely amazing at giving me answers to all my questions and, also, making sure that we were comfortable with the coverage that we have. Jessica Thompson and her team have kept us up to date on our insurance for our home and vehicles and have reviewed our policy yearly with us. Any claims we have had have been taken care of in a timely manner. They all provide excellent service! And maintain a relationship with their clients even after developing and signing your policy.
