I like shopping local and supporting small businesses, but sometimes you gotta go where the goods are.
Benton Harbor HD employees are definitely the nicest I have encountered at any HD.

They always have what we need. Lower prices and knowledgeable staff! Lovin' it!

I stopped there to get some magnetic nut drivers for my impact. Found an 8 piece set by RYOBI for $10. I love this place.

Young lady helping me find a. Black toilet on line was very helpful and me me feel welcome to the store.

I just had an incredible experience at Home Depot. I was looking for a particular lawn mower. I flagged someone for a different department to call for help. Not only did he, he also stuck around for 15 minutes after his shift to help me look for it (and ultimately find it). I then went to customer service where another excellent team member helped me set up my new Home Depot card, get $50 off my purchase, and then had me out the door quickly. Timothy and Kadesha are top notch and a credit to their team and the company.

My experience with home Depot has always been great. Thank you Paul and Rodney for help loading my wood for me and my mother. They were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I'm just here to give Ayden & Cameron a shoutout! They're both very very very supportive and friendly. Moving forward, every time I go in, I'll always ask for either one of the two. They both deserve a significant raise. Two emotionally intelligent people that are always in a solid mood. Great employees make customers feel like they're right at home.

I was at Home Depot to purchase materials for my house. The is a young lady ADRIENNE who was awesome. She helped me save on my purchase. She should have been the one to get the credit for the account we opened, but at that time I didn't know she would get credit. She was so very helpful. If anyone is going to open an account I would recommend you to ADRIENNE she will help you,and make you feel good about making a purchase. Thank you so much ADRIENNE we need more people like you. Better quality lumber than the competition down the street.

I just ordered a 6 foot extension for a fan. It was sent to the store in Benton Harbor. It only took a few days.

Store is clean. All the stores I've been too have pre disinfected carts available which is good in any case. Staff is very helpful and if they can't help you they will find someone who can. Many times I find things here that are not available at the other chain in town. If you're in the Benton Harbor store ask for Mel one of the seasoned employees (not the only one) that I know by name.

Raymond Duncan, Benton Harbor Home Depot was an amazing help with getting all of my purchases loaded safely in my car. Very kind and professional employee.

Can not believe the service at Home Depot!!! Most stores don't even have a concept/or care what customer service is. Thank you so much to Paul & Cody for all their hard work & sweat. They certainly went above and beyond.

I stopped at the Benton Harbor store to get a new can of Behr Stain for my deck on 6/7/22. I brought in the previous can I had from 2018. Your employee, Elizabeth was outstanding. She was quick and very courteous
