Dremel parts go to store and 5 gallon buckets with lids. They have restaurant quality buckets, too. 5 and 2 gallons. Clean, helpful cashiers, and organized. Great sales when they have clearance sales.

I went and purchased materials to redeck and reshingle my roof today. These fellas at the Benton Harbor location were super helpful. They even fulfilled my request for a fork lift to move the pallets from the shelving area to my trailer and helped me load. I like this Lowe's, the workers here are superb.

Great store the staff have always been helpful, but when I bought my new lawnmower they were outstanding! Helped me fix my mistakes and get exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Wow they had an awesome clearance event going on. I guess I was in the right place at the right time. I got a vanity for 39.00. You never know what you'll find. I had an awesome helper while I was there. His name was greg and a super nice guy. Thanks again greg I appreciate you so much

My son and I are car camping around the country for the summer and two days in his lawn chair broke. But, not to fear. Lowe's was once again there for us. Got a great and sturdy chair for less than half of the price than we saw at Aces, and the store was well laid out, organized, clean and efficient.

I like this place. If you don't have it, go here, and they will. Good prices too !! It's like a big kid in a toy store.

Bought a pellet smoker. The woman who helped me had just gotten a display lawn mower down for another customer.
Without missing a beat she asked what she could help me with. She had to go out back and wheel the 250lb smoker up front. Then due to lack of cashiers she rang me up and even helped me get the smoker into my van.
I wish all customer service people were this helpful!

I am in the construction industry so when I need materials I usually dread having to go to the box stores. This location seems different as they have always been supper helpful. Earnest at the pro desk is always very eager to help out!! He is an outstanding employee!!

The lady at the paint center helped us get what we needed to get our room painted... we were in and out in no-time... I also appreciate the veteran's discount... pretty awesome!

I had to get a safe and I got it and I got it for a good price if you're looking for something or a little lock box you need to ask them where the states are otherwise you'll never find it but I got the help I needed staff was great and the safe was a reasonable price.

Good store to shop for all your home remodeling projects.

Only place in the area we could find black disposable masks for my son's school concert. The pro desk was very helpful in pointing us to where they were and the worker in the aisle made sure we didn't miss them! We got in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed!

I stopped going here a few years back because I didn't like the service. Today when I went there I had an awesome experience because of Monte. He helped me with my microwave, he loaded it on the cart, cashed me out and loaded it in my car for me. What a great employee they have. I will be back because of Monte. Thank you for a great, stress free experience.

We had EXCELLENT service when we picked up the shower stall components that I had ordered online and then with picking out the additional few items that we needed. Once I got the pieces I had ordered, we realized that one of them wasn't what I needed. The exchange was simple. The staff in the plumbing dept was top notch!

Super friendly staff. We purchased a new Whirlpool gas stove, and the worker who helped us out with the purchase was exceptionally helpful. Only negative comment we have was our military 10% discount on items that are on 'sale'... Lowe's doesn't apply the military discount on sale items.

Nice store. Clean environment. Love that they have a good plant selection and getting bigger with summer coming up soon
