We have nice hot water all the time the room service is nice if we ask for toilet paper we get toilet paper if we ask for new bedding we get new bedding and coffee if we want it it's free coffee and brand new towels every time you want a new towel

This hotel is great good service nice hot showers free toilet paper and free coffee

This is a very nice, clean and affordable place.
Very nice area, quiet peaceful area.
I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away but still stay close to home.

Very Nice!!

We stayed here for a couple nights, as our apartment was not ready yet. The hotel is very stylish and modern inside and out. Our room was extremely nice, with the comfortable bed and nice pillow. The bed and furniture was quite comfortable and somewhat upscale. The breakfast area was spacious and comfortable and the food selection was quite good. There are numerous dining options nearby. Americas Best Value Inn is one of our favorite chains and this one is among the best we have stayed at. Highly recommended.

Some of these reviews crack me up! you decide to stay at it inexpensive place then turn around and give it terrible reviews! No one forced you to select this older little place, besides, your talking a shower and going to sleep.... it's not like you're hosting your hosting your child's wedding reception there!
I also own a small business and it makes me so upset to see people leaving unfair and unreasonable reviews like this...no one forced you & you could have asked to look at a room before agreeing but now you made your decision willingly and then turn around and slam the place for that decision that you freely made on your own? you should go a few miles in to Hillsdale were rooms started $80 a night, maybe that will be more inline with your expectations. It's a good value for the money, Grow up people, u get what u pay for !

IMHO, if you’re going to Michigan International Speedway you’re better off staying on the west side (less hassle, traffic, and congestion) and this is a great little motel. Clean, convenient, and nicely priced! Plus you’re within walking distance of a nice little diner and a great restaurant.

Hot shower and kind owners. Not the perfect place but if you need to rest your head they could sure use your business.

Have stayed here many times, room is always spotless, quiet and very afordable and they allow pets!

Im looking for accommodations this is ideal location however not inviting with all the negative comments and all owner can say is guest not staying here ignore the review its fake....
