Fairplain Chapel of Florin Funeral Service

My Mother passed away December 2022 and we chose Florin Funeral Service to handle the affairs. They were available to take my call after hours and schedule an appointment for my family on the very next day which was a Saturday. When we arrived, we were all accommodated as a rather large group. My father's needs were addressed with kind and helpful experience. Extra time was taken to talk with my father and family. Florin Funeral Services gave us information and knowledge to help my father and the family with such a huge loss to our family.

I will be forever grateful for Florin Funeral Services for providing services to my family during our loss. You where there when we needed you the most.

I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND FLORIN TO ANYONE!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! FLORIN is THE WORSE!!!! VERY UNCARING AND UNPROESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER SEND ANOTHER LOVED ONE, PET OR ANYTHING HERE EVER AGAIN!!! They honestly don't deserve NOBODY SERVICE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!! ( 5,000+ just for cremation NO SERVICE they literally CHARGE and OVER CHARGE for EVERTHING ) My GRANNY WAS A VETERAN ( she serviced our country & got poor service in return) They tell you what you do and don't need basically how to spend your money on your loved one! WHEN YOU CALL THEY PHONE THEY SAY HELLO LIKE THEY ARE NOT A BUSINESS!!! My granny passed March 10th Florin came to pick her up they was Extremely rude then, they came into her house didn't speak just instantly yelled TOLD (NOT ASK) us to turn off her favorite gospel song we had playing (my granny had requested that was how she wanted things to go when that time came). My brother had to help them cause they almost dropped her. Today is March 30th and they just now today putting her picture and obituary online, with incorrect spellings of family names and etc ,even though it was written and gave to them. Yes Grieving is extremely hard but FLORIN does NOT make it any EASIER!!! We yet still DON'T HAVE MY GRANNY ASHES!!!! IF YOU WANT RESPECTFUL AND CARING SERVICES FOR YOUR LOVED ONE DON'T BRING THEM TO FLORIN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! HONESTLY THE FUNERAL HOMES IN THE HOOD TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!!!!!
