Ace Hardware

Every time I go into the store the clerks are so helpful and friendly! Today I went in to get 3M indoor window insulation! I had my measurements and found Mark just finishing up helping another customer. He was so helpful and friendly. I gave him my measurements for the window and we found what I was looking for. He gave me several helpful hints and even drew me a little diagram!!! I went home and my husband we able to install the window insulation!
Our Ace store is the best! You don’t get this kind of customer service at Lowe’s, Home Depot or Walmart. Please never leave!!!

Just walked out with a key cut for my old truck for less than $3.00!! And it was done incredibly fast! Wow. This place really can cut it up.

Kristen took the time to help me with plumbing questions and even took the time to read the back of labels with me.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You won’t find this at Lowe’s and Home Depot where they look the other way when you approach them.

Went there to have some keys made it was wonderful I got all the help that I needed there was one key that the machine couldn't read it so I do have to go somewhere else to have it made but they do have a machine there that reads the keys to make them it just couldn't read this key which I found odd because I went to another Ace hardware and they were able to the machine was able to read the key to print it but other than that great store all the things you need when you're shopping at Ace.

Kristen helped me out at the paint desk with a very difficult match. Highly professional service! I'm a handyman...going back!

I went in to get supplies and the employee Mark noticed I was having trouble deciding he came over and was so helpful and understanding I actually purchased extra supplies that turns out I actually needed in the long run because of Mark I got everything I needed to get the job done and done right!! Great customer service and very helpful il be coming back just to deal with Mark again!!! Thanks again!!!!

Went there to get accessories for my Back Stone Grill. This store is loaded with miscellaneous merchandise. It was vlea and neat and orderly.

This is a great neighborhood store to go to when you're in the middle of a project and realize you need something. They're close by, super helpful and you dont have to deal with long lines and walking a mile to get the hardware after the sealant. Everyone is very nice too. I like this place.

Found just what I wanted! I bought a white wooden shelf exactly like I wanted to add space to my wood office desk! Great price, too! I also found wood glue and 2 small terra cotta plant pots to use to set the shelf on. Great trip! Only $19 for all!

The old man who works in electrical is very polite and quite informative. Sadly he is ugly and his breathe smells like rotting dog food. While he was helping me find a circuit breaker he loudly soiled his pants. I don't think it was the first time today. I hope Ace provides their employees with health insurance because that old man should see a doctor.

Sam was extremely helpful. 1st she remembered us from a previous visit--even what we bought. 2nd she took is all around the store to help us find everything we were looking for. 3rd she checked us out personally. THAT is what good customer service is all about!
