Dave at at the Midland Michigan, South Saginaw road O'reilly's auto parts. Was very helpful with Headlight bulb question on my 2019 Chevy Trax He even came outside in the rain to fix it. I didn't even need a new headlight bulb it was just loose. Thank you. This is why O'reilly's is the ONLY auto store I go to in midland. Very professional, nice, trustworthy, honest and paitent staff. Happy to give 5 stars to this location. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

We purchased a new car battery from O'Reilly's April 20, 2023 at 5:30 pm. We were very fortunate to have a gentleman, Dave, help us. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He even offered to replace the battery for us in the parking lot. We can't thank him enough for offering such a great service. He was very efficient and we were back on the road within 15 mins. We greatly appreciate his kind and friendly service.

I needed a low-beam bulb The manager Daniel greeted me right off and found the bulb But, it was in a two-pack and he couldn’t be certain the color would match He went into stock and came up with an exact replacement, single pack at a lower price to boot! Then he came out and installed it for, in an extremely tight spot: Camry, Driver’s side! Awesome service!!

Usually auto parts stores employees aren't very familiar with parts or the experience of changing them, everyone here has always been super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even at 10 minutes until close. I come here at least once a week and is always my first choice in this area. I still go to harbor freight for tools though now that they're open but before that I bought all that last minute special tool you didn't know you needed stuff from here and have never not found what I needed or was recommended something that will

Today my car engine light came off, big oh no. I ran to another auto store first to get it scanned and they didn't even come outside to help me with the device, after a while they came out and figured that my port must be broken because their reader wasn't doing anything.

I wanted to make sure it wasn't just their device so I headed to O'Reillys. Daniel, the store manager that transferred from Alma came outside right away and found that his device wasn't working either. Instead of sending me on my way he found that the issue could be a bad fuse and he was able to locate it in my car and replace it, after that the device scanned my car and he was able to reset everything, help me find what I needed and solve my problem. The entire time he was very nice, went out of his way to be an above and beyond employee and didn't even want a tip. What a car wizard, thanks so much Daniel!

I went to O'Reilly's after work yesterday to have my car battery tested. Manager Dan was the one who helped me. He had the battery tested and a new one installed within 10 minutes! I was relieved that it was so easy! If your time is valuable like mine then O'Reilly's is the place to go. These guys don't mess around!

The new store manager Daniel is great. He came outside,and checked out the car engine light. However that didn't work and he found out one of our fuzes shorted and he even switched that out showed us how to free of charge. I couldn't of asked for better customer service, and now a lot of stress was lifted from our shoulders.

First, as the daughter and granddaughter of veterans, I fully believe that our veterans should be fully supported everywhere, O' Reilly Auto Parts does that and they loudly and openly make it known that they do. Second, as the daughter and granddaughter of mechanics, having a good and respectful place to meet your parts and service needs is very important. The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. And they are excellent about loaning tools/equipment. I used to go to 2 other places because my Dad and Grandpa had accounts and would get discounts. Honestly, O"Reilly is the only place I will go to buy parts do to their extraordinary service (plus the store is always unbelievably clean)

After an AWFUL experience at Autozone earlier, I called O'Reilly to see if they could test my battery and help install if needed since I do not own the necessary tools. I did have a bad battery and Trevor was awesome. He was so nice and helpful with the whole process and installed the new battery in no time.

I like this place, helpful people and never pressure to buy things. I was in the other day and the guy working was being really patient with a person who had a lot of questions and needed some help. I really like to see that.

I stopped in for wiper blades and Daniel help me pick some out. I did not expect him to put them on my vehicle for me but he did! I really appreciated that! Thank you!

We had a headlight burn out while we were traveling thriugh Michigan. We chose this shop because they offered to install a replacement. We were in and out in 10 minutes with a nee bulb at a low price. The young man who helped was so kind and capable. Thank you!!

Recently I had a bad jumper box that was purchased at O’reilly. It would not jump a vehicle. I t was a gift and I reached out to O’reilly’s and Daniel the manager called me back and told me to bring it in and I did. He helped me with an exchange! Thank you Daniel!!!!

Actually the best experience I've had at Midlands O'Reillys today. Employee was awesome in helping find the adapters and fittings needed for my custom brake system setup.
