I broke my charger for my galaxy watch. I was so unhappy after going to Walmart that I really didn't expect to find anything here either. However, when I went in, I was immediately greeted by an employee and asked how he could help. John not only searched the store for my charger but checked the stock in the computer and asked the warehouse for help. when it turned out the store didn't have one at all, THEN they offered to order me one. He did what he could to provide customer satisfaction so I could immediately have a charger. What a difference and how impressive!

I purchased a new stereo for my 2013 Subaru Forester in Muskegon and Benton Harbor, MI was the nearest location with appointment availability for the install. Grant did the install and was phenomenal. He has years of experience with installing car electronics and it showed. The stereo looks and sounds great and the install was completed quicker than expected. I would highly recommend making the trip to this location for any of your car electronic installation needs as Grant is great to work with and a true professional in the industry!

I know Best Buy by having them work on our computers. We buy the Total Tech every year and all of our electronics appliances and computers etc...arecovered. It was nice to let them fix my computer. It just frustrates me when I cannot get things to work. Love the geek squad.
